My fiancé & I rented a house from QHL last year. The house was okay, but our renting experience was less than ideal. A few months after we moved in, the oven stopped working. We contacted QHL to fix it & they told us that the maintenance man was on vacation but that he’d fix it when he returned. He never showed up & the oven never got fixed in the whole year that we lived there, even after repeated attempts to get someone out to the house. When we moved out, it took 4 months of going back and forth about our security deposit before we finally received it back, but only after we were overcharged for cleaning. Not a horrible place to rent from, but not the most organized or timely.

I would give them company no stars if I could. The other review is exactly what happened to us, on the same school year too. We had crack in the side of the house and caused our basement to flood. Not only that, but we found out that one of the main pipes that ran to our house had been severely damaged so the water wouldn't drain. We started asking for it to be fixed in early October. They were slow to get back to us unless our parents got involved. When they did try to fix it, they put in a sump pump. Not to fix it so it wouldn't flood, but so it would drain and they wouldn't actually have to repair it. Needless to say it did not work. The house stayed flooded for weeks at a time. During that time, not even exaggerating, we killed 100s of flies. Our basement was a swamp that was host to endless flies. They finally got someone to fix it in late April. Months later. The company that fixed it said she's been doing this for years at this property. Now its months after we left and we haven't gotten our deposits back. All three of us that lived there have contacted her multiple times. Sometimes she ignored us, sometimes she answered, with promises that they were going to be sent. This is still an ongoing issue. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

This was one of the best experiences I had in finding a home. Others failed or let me down, but these guys really came thru for me. For me & my family I would highly recommend their services.

No complaints, easy to work with, would definitely use them again. Kim especially was super nice and professional

I would not recommend to anyone that they rent from Quality Home Locator. My roommates and I rented from them 2016-2017 and had multiple problems with the property manager and with our house. There were many repairs that they either promised to have done before we moved in (which were never completed) or we asked to have done while we lived there that never got done. We had a hole in our roof for several months that led to a Raccoon entering our house and ending up in our kitchen and main floor one night. Even after that, they didn't repair the hole, only put a tarp over it. We have been moved out for over two months and have still not received our security deposit back, even though it has been promised to us multiple times. This company is not run in a professional or satisfactory manner and I was not satisfied with my living conditions.

Horrible place to rent from. The do not do what they say. They only make promises. Will not recommend. And to whomever keeps deleting the negative posts... I will continue to express my dissatisfaction with this company. The conditions they expect you to live in are unacceptable but rent is still due.

I would definitely recommend Quality Home Locator. I have been with them for years and more than happy with them. Very good at what they do!

I would highly recommend this company to anyone! They sre highly ethical and bebd bebbbend over backwards to keep their properties in prime condition AND their clients happy
