I am give a 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review to sheryl Reeves. She is very professional, polite, and organized. She handles everything correctly. I didn’t haven’t o go back home and somewhere else to get additional paperwork. She was every accurate with all I need for for trip to Qside. I am very happy she works there.

Sheryann Reeves was very attentive to me from the moment I walked into the bank. She went above and beyond to be certain that I received what I required for my situation The process was very swift I feel like I was in and out. My overall experience was very pleasant and enjoyable Thanks Sheryann!

Qside suits my needs. They aren't my bank I use them as a shared branch. I totally understand people who do work and it's hard to get there. Parking is challenging. Also you, Qside should read other comments but you guys get sourced out

Qside Federal Credit Union is my second home. I've had Membership with them since 1981. No other establishment could have afforded me the essential needs throughout these years [40 YEARS] and am still at HOME with them.

Nobody picks up when you call. You have to go in person to set most if not all things with an account. When I went in, I asked to set everything up because it's a pain to go to the location. Only the very basic was set up, when I went to try and use the online banking, I was told I had to get it set up at the branch. I wish we had MCU.

I only have an account because of my union and the many “benefits” they have to offer. However, their customer service is the worst I’ve encountered in any bank I’ve ever dealt with. They rarely answer the phone and when they do, you are a burden to them. I’m currently on hold after being hung up on because the person kept saying hello as if she didn’t hear me. Closing my account takes me having to either write an email and hope someone sees it or going into the branch during the hours in which I work to do so. I really wish they’d improve their customer service or that unions stop promoting them if this is how most of us get treated.

Your employee is one of th worse . When I was there she treated me like I was bothering her cuz she had to go lunch, she said " come back later I'm going to lunch" I can't name names. She'll read this and she's not going to treat me nice when I get there. Excuse me but shes a b...... I like th bank even though is far away . I don't understand why she's still there she is not customer service material. And other things she's not very nice. U come to th window and she sends u away like your really bothering her. Like is her bank.

Needed a lien release for my car, that I bought brand new in 2006. Contacted the Credit Union and received next day service. They actually faxed it directly to the New Jersey Department of Motor Vehicles. Greatly appreciated this service. My membership begin June 1983.

Not many branches. Very difficult to get someone live on the phone. Im only a member because of the union im in. Ridiculous to have to drive out to Queens all the way from Brooklyn with weird banking hours. Couldn't even pick the code for my atm card

Sheryl was extremely helpful, courteous and patient. She made sure all my needs were met and was made herself available for me all the time.
