The best dealership experience I've ever been to a n my life. Honest sales, straight forward financing, knowledgeable and experienced service.

Recently had my CX5 in for regular service. This was my first time at Puente Hills, and I won’t be back. They told me that there was an oil leak that needed to be fixed, so I took it to another dealer for a second opinion. The other dealer showed me that the “leaked” oil was clean oil, and my oil tank was severely overfilled. The service cover on the bottom of the car was also missing. Needless to say I expected more from a dealer. There are many other decent Mazda dealerships in the LA area, I highly encourage you to consider any one of them before trying Puente Hills.

The service was great especially Allen. He was attentive very friendly. Yes I can say I haven't had a bad experience at Mazda from my recent purchase to the car I had serviced there this past week. Very happy with overall quality 👌

I was there for an oil change with my daughter and it took 3 hrs for them to let us know the car was ready. There were people that came in after we did and left sorry but I didn't like the service. My daughters name is Brenda Avila.

I know it was just a simple Oil & Filter change, but this place is Amazing. I was met at my car within seconds of arriving. The facility is Hospital Clean and Professionally run. The car was washed and delivered in record time. I would never take my car to one of those Quick & Easy oil change places, when businesses like this one exist. Thank You, Mazda.

Great customer service. We came to get our car's first service. They have a cozy and comfortable lounge area for their guests. They had seating with a movie playing on their big screen. They offer water, coffee, tea, snacks, and popcorn.

The overall service is comparable to other Auto dealership. The key to all service is the relationship between the Service Technician and customer. Here at Puente Hill, Allen has been extremely attentive to the customer concern. He will make sure he get your concern documented using his experience in a Q & A format. Great job Allen.
