Publix Employees Federal Credit Union E Altamonte Dr, Altamonte Springs

I came in for some PEFCU account activity at the Altamonte Springs office and I was pleasantly cared for by teller extraordinaire Jennifer. She was not only courteous but quick to walk through the steps I needed to make a cashiers check. She then Helped me with a deposit alteration and “boom”, we were done. I have worked with her numerous times before and she is an outstanding employee and friend to the customers. Way to go Jennifer and thank you.

Michelle is awesome!!! We recently went to a car Dealership with no intentions to buy. After test driving a few cars we decided it was the right time to buy and wanted to go through the credit union. Michelle was so responsive and helpful during the whole process and made sure that we left the dealership that day with our dream car. Thank you again Michelle.

Michelle at the Altamonte location was very friendly and super knowledgeable with helping me get my mobile app set up. Carol also went above and beyond in making sure I was well taken care of while I was there. Highly recommend.

Michelle Is an awesome banker helped me achieve everything I went in for, answered all my questions and expedited the process . She communicated with me through ,emails & phone calls. Made this banking trip the most pleasant experience I've had banking.

The Branch Manager was super kind and did her best, but the “policies” are what killed the experience and ultimately made me go with another lender. I had to wait 6 hours to hear from my loan officer about a vehicle just to learn of rules that I wasn’t told of before regarding miles and age. Their interest rates are great but unless you’re buying a brand new car or your first car I wouldn’t recommend it. The people are great, product not so much.

Definitely visit Courtney she is awesome!! Very nice and pleasant... Tessa is wonderful as well and so is the lady next to Tessa (sorry just forgot her name but can't forget her) ..... honestly they're all pretty nice... never rushed always more than helpful all the way from start to finish.!
