We have used ProVisor Inc. twice now for our refinancing needs. I was directed to Ritchie Baumann from my realtor who helped me purchase my first home. Ritchie is very attentive and is easy to work with. Ritchie has a great team as well. I have had great experience with Ritchie both times. I would recommend him to anyone. We worked with Chip Knilans on 2 different occasions and will never turn anywhere else for our financial needs when it comes to buying a home or refinancing. Chip was super easy to work with and always went above and beyond to help with our needs. He was always there providing valuable info for us. Even gave some advice that was advantageous with selling a home. After the transactions, ProVisor made everything very easy when it came to setting up accounts and online access.

I would and plan to work with them again and if I were to give any advice it would be to work with them. My wife and I closed on our first house which a new build last January. Dave V. was fantastic to work with and plan to reach out to him as I look to make other purchases going forward. He really analyzed the situation which at the time was a pandemic election year in November and kept in contact with me by the hour at some points. We hadn’t owned our house long but interest rates had come down substantially. Frank from ProVisor offered us a great rate to refinance so it made sense financially, but we thought that it would be a complicated process. That couldn’t have been further from the truth.
