As this was our first home, we did not know anything about the home buying process, nor what to expect. He was knowledgeable, professional, and amazingly responsive through the entire refi process. He always answered my questions promptly and respectfully (yes, even to the dumb questions). He regularly informed me about what to expect next and notified me each time I needed to do something to quickly move the loan process along. Mike’s experience and due diligence undoubtedly played a huge part in how quickly my loan closed.
