Provident Credit Union (Palo Alto Community Branch) El Camino Real, Palo Alto

This location has a very helpful woman by the name of Ashley. She is a service manager who went above and beyond. Really helpful and answered my question, I love this location. Looking forward to open a new account and becoming a customer. My other banks aren't as kind as this bank can't thank her enough:)

I've never been a member of Provident Credit Union but my experience at this particular location was remarkable enough to warrant 5 stars. I'd made an appointment online to get an auto loan refinanced and unfortunately my appointment was never recorded when we came in. Yet, Ari and her team still managed to find time to get us a slot immediately and were able to help us out with necessary questions regarding refinancing. Ari went above and beyond while answering our questions and her advice was practical enough to convince us that she had our best interests in her mind. We left this place as happy and grateful customers and are sure to return back in case we want to move ahead.

Ms. Shah was at the san mateo branch and was very helpful and had so much knowlodge of things i never knew about. She helped me get a lower rate for my credit card by doing a balance transfer and even a lower rate for my car then what I had before. I appreciate all her help for what she did for me. I would reccomend her for sure to anyone who needs help with either auto loan or credit card info she knows it all. Thanks again Ms. Shah 🤗🤗🤗

The branch manager made a extra effort to help me. She was able to clear a check a day early. I really appreciated that!

Loved the customer service , very clean place

I've been going to Provident Credit Union Palo Alto for several years now and, always get excellent customer service. I remember having to call about something one time and someone from the actual Branch answered the phone and took care of my question rather than getting someone at a call center. This last visit nice teller named Kash took care of my financial needs and it was a very pleasant experience. All the colors there are great I have never had a bad experience.

I have been going to this branch for 20+ years, they have always treated me and the family well. The managers through all of the years have been friendly and accommodating, they remember your name and are respectful. Looking for a credit union or a financial institution that won't treat you like a number? Then this may be your place.

I really like the staff at this location and I used to use them very often for share branch transfers. The only reason I give it 3 stars now is because they discontinued the shared branch network “co-op” for independent credit unions. They are still very helpful, and they have especially good return dates and interest rates. They could benefit from more locations though. Overall a good bank, I would definitely bank with them in addition to a larger bank.

Provident has been providing excellent service to me since day one of my membership 2001. Shrawan ghimire kept up this high level of service today by steering me in a better direction on which type of account would be best suited for placing my Money while still allowing the access I need Thank you provident keep up the good work
