Provident Bank Van Buren Blvd, Riverside

They use to be one of the better banks with great service, but something has change. They have lost their customer support and if your try and remove your money they make it as difficult as possible. They need to start supporting their customers and working with them instead of placing demands on them. I suggest you look for a different bank. I was with them for over 10 years and had to go else where due to poor management/customer service.

They process everything so slowly forcing a late payment and then proceed to charge you $35 for every overdraft when you're already having a tough month. I can understand a charge for an overdraft if they loaned you the money to get you by until your checks cleared, But no, it's just a cash grab so the fat cats in the office can stuff it in their pockets. Way to kick your customers while they're down. This bank used to be really great when I started with them 13 years ago, but I've had enough I'm gonna put my money elsewhere. They must be under new management because they don't run the place like a reputable business anymore. If there is a way to give them 0 stars I would have to settle with 1.

Savanah was great ! She was really nice and a professional young lady. I love to go there for their friendly service.

Very nice people but when I call for something I end up going through the automated voice call and it always ends up saying "we're closed" even when they are open!
