Terrible sums it up in one word. He called us to refinance our mortgage because rates were so low. We filled out the application and setup our online portal. Then nothing....never a call or email. I emailed him several times and never once received reply. I tried calling his office but, and this really speaks to his level of customer service, his OFFICE VOICEMAIL is full. It has been full for the last two weeks. I called his cell and left a voicemail on that. Never heard back from him. Fortunately, he was kind enough to do a hard check on our credit report (we have good credit so it has nothing to do with that) which stays on there for about two years. Now mind you, all this started because HE CALLED US. If I could give someone zero stars, I would. Stay away from this guy. He's not looking out for your best interest.
