Prosperity Bank W. Medical Center Blvd, Webster

The customer service at this location is horrible! I have several prosperity accounts (one of which I have had at home branch location for 30 years) and today was rudely told by a teller that manager was busy without even turning her head (from the drive through) to see what manager was doing! The manager Karen El Haj proceeded to explain that overdraft should be used for “incidental “ charges. What she really meant was instead of doing a one time overdraft you should do multiple as needed to the bank makes the fee on several charges instead of one! Stay away from this location! I might also add they made me sit 20 minutes in a chair to speak to Karen with NO OTHER CUSTOMERS INSIDE THE BANK at 0900 right after they opened!

First off I don’t know why this place has bad reviews it must be disgruntled employees because everybody here is very nice the all women team that I encountered today were very cheerful very kind and very professional I opened a new account here today came from Wells Fargo tired of being hacked it seems Wells Fargo‘s security isn’t very tight as I’m always getting hacked by them so came here and opened a new account and everybody was super friendly super nice and the process was super easy even helped me download the app and now they’re getting ZELLE which is great I recommend this bank to anyone looking for a smaller bank that’s not part of the conglomerate chain

Absolute garbage customer service. Hands down worst bank i have ever had. They canceled my debit card even when i told them not to. Said it would take 7 days to get a new card, 2 weeks later nothing. They said they sent to my address, even though i have a new address on file, and this is the 3rd time i have had things sent to old address. On the bright side, my complete disgust with this bank, and banks in general, have led me to discover that cashapp has direct deposit and debit card features w/o banking rules and run around. I recommend NOT USING PROSPERITY BANK.

This bank will nickel and dime you with fees until your principal is gone. Go to vanguard! [6 days later] My separation fee for closing my account gets returned in the mail because their employees don’t know their process. This fee was not a valid fee to start with!
