Staff is very incomprehensible and need more training! They are very slow and have no confidence in their abilities to count money or write out a cashier's check. The young women that helped us asked us repeated questions to confirm information and had several printed papers in front of her and written down the same information yet still continued asking at least three times. When we finally got what we came in for there was no, "Is there anything else I can do for you?" So I had to say I need something else. She looked said oh, okay what else can I help you with? We continued and finished our visit there. There is a good reason not to go there, all the people that work there are the same! Crazy!

Dont expect the atm to work when you need it to. Have to go hungry tonight because the atm is broken

I am a business owner whom has 5 kiddos and a disabled husband, my life can get chaotic . Well I was in the drive threw at the bank trying to cash a check one of my customers had given me it was for 25 dollars and by my mistake I had mobile deposited it months earlier one of 2 checks I'd done threw my phone . Well I'd forgotten and instead of them telling me politely and sending my id back they called the cops on me saying I had a forged and stolen check after I sat in cuffs in a cop car for 2hours and they figured it out I was released but it was awful I would not do business with that bank again.ever.

The service here is beyond terrible. Worst bank to ever do business with. They charged off one of my old accounts after it was paid and now i find out that per their policy it stays on check systems for 7 years. So now i cant bank with anyone else.

Staff is very friendly and it's close to my work
