Prosperity Bank Tahoka Rd, Brownfield

Tried to do the right thing and bring my small business to them, but was practically ran out the door at the first sound of me asking to open a business account without having the papers in paper. I had everything on a google drive to send her but had no printer and she said too bad. Not helping pretty much. I guess big banks win again...

Went there to try to open a bank account. Was recently married so I hadnt changed the name on my ID yet.So they where like nope we cant make you a joint account. They where very rude to us. So took our service to lone star state bank.

I'm literally sitting in line going on 40 minutes for a simple deposit why do I have to clear a minimum of an hour from my day if I'm thinking of coming to this bank Can someone please open a Wells Fargo or citibank in this town

Takes forever ! Being a business we can’t have our staff gone for this long (30) mins . Will probably switch very soon.

Service is very bad and had to wait 30 min just to get my money hate going there

I've had money withdrawn from my account before and given it to a stranger. Prosperity didn't even mention it too me. I've been with the bank for years now and I still get nickled and dimed with these guys. They have charged me overdraft fees when I'm not overdraft, and charged on top of those overdraft fees. Then when I have it fixed it will take almost a week and half to see the money back in my account. That's only if you catch it. I'm so disappointed that longevity with this bank offers no kind of perks to its loyal customers. Will be closing my account very soon!

Very slow. Deposited money on a Friday and it still hasn't hit and it's Monday the said to come back tomorrow (Tuesday) we will see if it is in there then if it is not we are shutting down the account..

This bank is very slow I am a manager and should not be away from my store for over an hour

Customer service is really bad at this location. Sylvia was rude to customer asking her questions.
