Prosperity Bank Reading Rd, Rosenberg

I came to this bank to cash a check, they want to charge 1.5% for non account holders. Rip offs !! This is no Prosperity !! I will make sure I never open an account on this bank, or anybody I know.

This location is often very slow in service both in the drive-thru and lobby. Many of the tellers are not friendly at this location. Other branches are attentive to customer needs.

I've banked here for about 6 years, and I've never had such a good experience with a bank. The staff is very friendly and helpful--you will quickly begin to think of them as friends. If I managed a bank branch, I would want it to run like this one.

Went in to open an account. No one was in front of me, yet a bank employee asked if I could come back. Middle of the day. That was my cue and clue that this bank did not value a potential customer at all. Save yourself some time and trouble. Go take your hard earned money and business to a bank that actually cares.

I been with them for about 6 months and They haven’t let me down so far. Great Service! I was surprised when they even remembered my name as soon a I walked in & before I even handed them my check or license.

Since we first arrived in this area Christine and the employees have been so great to work with. I can’t say enough about how courteous they are, professional, and genuinely care for the customer. I’ve banked at this branch for three years. Give them an opportunity to serve you.

I had to give it one star to leave a review. The tellers and manager are rude. When I would go in they made comments about “how white” I am. Had I made a comment about “how dark” they were I would have been tossed out for being a “racist”. They make comments about what I’m wearing as they laugh and give each other looks. I finally refused to go in there anymore. They made me so uncomfortable. I had several accounts with them and we closed them all. We have since switched banks, and I don’t get laughed when I walk in their door.

I’m still not believing that this bank charged me a fee to cash a check from one of their account holders. I guess they have to make money anyway they can. I’m going to use a better bank for my business account.

Pamela and Christine have been amazingly helpful anytime we’ve needed help with an issue. Prior to banking at Prosperity, NO ONE . . . ANYWHERE, was willing to help us create an HSA and transfer money from our IRA. Pamela made it happen!

Terrible customer service, also my company has an account with them and the charge us to turn in change from our store. The tellers are very rude and argumentative as well.
