I have banked with Progressive for over 10 years now and always received excellent service from the tellers to the Branch Vice President. They always do everything they can to take care of all requests in a timely manner! Would highly recommend this bank to anyone!

By far easiest house purchase process I have ever experienced. It is so nice to have Danetta instead of a department of random people to help you through the process. Keeping banking small town and personal was definitely a positive experience.

There is nothing better than being part of a small town. I think the coolest part is walking into my bank and everyone knows my name. I love that everything is local and the girls all live in the area. If there is a bad storm, everyone genuinely cares how you came through, was there damage, can they help out. They support the same things I do and have great small town values. When our son separated from the US Navy, we immediately took him to our bank and introduce him to our girls. He is now looking into buying a home. Danetta is his right hand person helping him with loan paperwork and VA approval.
