One piece of advice, USE CHAE! I have refinanced my home a few times over the years and it was always a stressful pain, but this last time I used Chae and it went so smoothly that I forgot at times I was in the process! Chae is super fast at responding to any questions or concerns (like crazy fast) and he was a complete pleasure to work with. He also helped my boyfriend with the loan on buying his first house, and Chae was excellent which is why I also used him and am so very happy I did.
