I have been very happy with PFS Murfreesboro on church street. Their financing rate was the lowest of any that I looked into and they have been consistently pleasant to work with. Well done PFS 😁

If I could give zero stars or maybe even multiple zero stars I would!!!!! this place is extremely unprofessional the worst place ever to get a loan. I called them because they tried to say I lied about something when I did not the guy at the dealer lied to them so that he can make money on selling me a car! I found out about it and how it was a big hoax and he screamed at me and said I’m not talking to you you’re a liar good day and I was trying to talk and he said like I said not talking to you you’re a liar good day and hung up on me! I have no idea why people like this work in their office please go elsewhere to get a loan and read reviews first!!!

This company is so UNPROFESSIONAL it’s almost hilarious that they call themselves Professional Financial Service ... If you pay your notes late expect to be talked to like a criminal they will call EVERYONE in your family even people you never gave contact info on .. My deepest regret was accepting a loan from this company I’ve called to make payments on my note and ended up arguing with reps like that’s ridiculous... then they harass you about paying but pretty much make up rules on when they will and won’t accept any partial payments if you’re unable to pay the entire balance .. this entire group of phone reps need to go thru some customer service training ... I’d rather die then finance another car with these dudes

PFS reps are very unprofessional and very unpleasant people to talk to if you are even one day late. I was told that I shouldn’t have financed a lone on my vehicle if I couldn’t pay for it, but this was during the pandemic I could barely pay my rent. They are in no way helpful at all. And will argue with you over the drop of a hat.

My experience over the past two years with Professional Financial Services in Murfreesboro has been excellent. Thank you PFS!
