We wouldn't have gotten our home without Bryan Little. The seller wanted a buyer who could close in 7 days to keep a for sale by owner home purchase from falling through. Bryan got on the phone to help convince them he knew he would get our loan approved and that he could close in 3 weeks or less. It convinced the FSBO seller to grant an extension and our seller to accept our offer. Then Bryan rushed us to close in just 11 days!
