Arianna is incredibly knowledgeable, cares about her clients, and goes above and beyond to exceed client expectations. She answered all of our questions, got us into homes before open houses, and made sure every house we saw met our family’s needs. She helped us arrange inspections and explained all paperwork thoroughly. She is child friendly, dog friendly, and is an incredible real estate agent. We will use Arianna any time we buy a house or property. We highly recommend her!

Questionable business practices and they will nickel and dime you. First off, I had a repair request for the thermostat that never got resolved. I guess they just decided that it wasn't an issue. Second, I caught two of the employees opening the door to my storage room. I think one was teaching the other how to use a key? It wouldn't have been an issue but they forgot to lock the door behind them. I was never given notice that they would be opening my door and could have had a lot of valuable stuff stolen. Finally, be prepared for them to raise rent on you. They did it twice in my three years there. I reccomend you stay away.

The Prism Team is one of the best Real Estate Companies in Laramie. They service, selling and buying Real Estate, they also do a lot of Property Management. There is always someone to answer their phone and very responsive to any needs that need to be met.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Never in the history of property management has there been a more disagreeable, unprofessional, dishonest, manipulative and self-serving excuse for a human being. Out and out lies, time and again, zero follow-through, empty promises, and shady practices. Honestly, I have no idea how this outfit is still in business with the utter lack of customer care and professionalism. If you have any interest in renting from/doing business with Prism, do yourself a favor and just go buy a tent, set it up under a bridge by the train tracks, use a rock for a pillow and some wet newspapers for a blanket. I promise, on the soul of my dearly departed grandmother, that it will be an infinitely more pleasant experience then dealing with this okey-doke outfit. Absolutely horrendous. If there was a way to give them negative stars as a rating, we most certainly would. Worst experience with a rental property we have ever had.

Somewhat friendly but not what you would expect from a real estate agency....

Arianna was an angel! She is hardworking, honest, responsive, thorough, friendly, and loves dogs!! :) When we moved into the Laramie area we were working with another realtor and nothing good came of it. We decided to try someone else and found Prism and wanted to give it a go. Can't lie we were very sheepish and didn't have high hopes. Arianna is young and beyond hard working! I have worked with younger professionals and had horrible experiences but Arianna worked harder than anyone her age I have ever seen. She listened to what we wanted, she really understood our needs and after seeing 4 houses in town she showed us the perfect fit. Our house buying experience was not normal and took much longer than expected but Arianna worked hard, kept us up to date, answered all of our stupid questions and never left us out to dry and fend for our own. We bought our house with a VA loan, so there were a few extra steps and she had our back every step of the way. She was great to work with and this was by far the best house buying experience we have had so far, and this is house #2. At signing she showed up with a fantastic gift basket and she included goodies for our little fur puppies which I loved!!!! I know we would work with her again hands down the best! Please give her a call if for any reason you are looking for purchase a house, you will be so happy you did!

It has been less than seven days since Prism took over my apartment in the complex on south 26th st. and already I wish TD Real Estate was back. This company is as crooked as the day is long. Productive communication is zilch, talks a lot but doesn't actually give any answers. I have already caught her in several contradictions. How did she past the real estate test?!?! I have real estate professionals in my family that have informed me to run as fast as possible. I hope whoever she is working for sees this. The previous company wasn't perfect and we had our spats - but I would rather pay an extra $100 per month to just have them back!

Prism is a great, family-owned business. Wendy and Arianna are both honest, hardworking individuals who go above and beyond for their clients and will work with you to get you what you need. It is always a pleasure to work with them. If you have any real estate needs, look no further than Prism.
