    I absolutely love Priority Honda of Hampton! I had Courtney as my sales person there and she was just awesome, great personality, honest and made it very easy to buy a car there. The patients she has is off the chart with me, she is down to earth and will not push you to buy anything. Best sales person ever. Customer service is fantastic to. Courtney and the rest of the people are incredible. It was so easy to buy from them, Courtney made it happen with ease. Matter of fact: Priority Honda in Hampton VA are wonderful, that we ended up buying two Vehicles from them, thank you Courtney for all the outstanding service you gave us. What a fantastic place to buy a car. Courtney was exceptional.

    Austin Helped me get into my new 2022 Honda Civic Sport Touring I’ve been wanted to get for a while. I’m glad I stopped at Priority Honda. I absolutely love the car and it was a no brainer to get another Honda after selling my 2019 Civic. Austin offered me a few choices of new Hondas currently pending arrival at the dealer, which was surprising to me considering the first dealer I visited that day had nothing to offer, nothing available. So for a dealer to have options was very surprising, even more so because they had exactly what I was looking for. I was able to reserve the light blue color one however due to a small delay on that car I decided to go for the amazing gray color when Austin called me to let me know that one had just been unloaded from the truck. I am glad I decided to take the gray one, I love the car, love the color. The wait was very well worth it. Also it was only just over a week of wait. The entire Priority staff was very friendly and welcoming. You guys definitely know how to properly thank your customers, that ending was incredible. I look forward to my car’s first service.

    will never bring my car back here, had a state inspection done which the failed me for my abs light being on and they said it was because of my tires.... that doesn't make any sense. then i asked them to do a oil change and all they did was change the filter... i had noticed my car started to tick more after a month of the oil change so i checked it and it was very dirty and low, they didn't even tighten the oil filter all the way. horrible, its not hard to do your job. also after getting four new tires my abs light was still on and it was a wheel speed sensor... what kind of inspectors do you have working here??

    My experience with Priority Honda was awesome. My Salesman is Chase Weaver. He is a God send to me. He went above and beyond for me. He found the new vehicle that met my specific request and walked me through every aspect of my 2022 Honda HR-V. He showed me how everything works in my vehicle and even showed me how to link my phone to it.     I purchased my Palisade at Priority Chesapeake but their service department is HORRIBLE so I took my Hyundai to Priority Honda in Hampton to get a state inspection a few days ago. The service rep was great! Dan got my information and then escorted me to the quiet lounge with the massage chairs and lamp lights after I told him my eyes had been dilated earlier that morning. It took less than an hour and I was on my way. The only thing that was an issue was the fact that no one greeted me when I pulled into the bay. I got out of my vehicle and walked up to someone that didn’t have a client and he kept his head down, on the computer. I stood there for a minute before saying excuse me. He never looked up. He just said someone will be with you in a few minutes. From the moment Dan approached me, the visit was great!

    Update: Contacted the main office. What a joke! They responded back once and after that they went dead silent. What’s the point I remember when car dealerships had good customer service! Don’t think we will be upgrading my wife vehicle here! Priority doesn’t make you a priority! If you buy a used car get the warranty or be very meticulous about everything and ensure everything works as it should if not have them fix it before your out the door! If they advertised it on the website then it should work… because once your out the door your on your own!

    I had a diagnostic done. When I picked up my vehicle, look like a little small candy piece on my mat on the floor. Also, my seat cover one half way off on my driver's seat. It should have been straighten out when ai received it. People don't care anymore. You all suppose to be top notch in services.

    I made an appt. initially because my tire pressure sensor was on after replacing my tires. Of course, there were a couple of other issues that I had been putting off, so I added those to my list - the GPS update for my nav system wouldn't upload when I tried to do it myself and I was having issues with my hands-free phone app. The sensor issue was easy. However, the GPS issue was not my inability; the app was not easy to load and Don, the Service Manager, explained that it would likely take all day for them to complete it and they didn't typically do it because of that. He was clearly busy but said he was willing to give it a try and started downloading the update. I was lucky and that step didn't take long so he estimated the remaining 3 steps should only take a few hours so I stuck around. About 90 minutes later, I was done! They had reset the sensor AND updated the GPS app which I had been putting off for some time. Don was extremely nice and I feel like he went over and above to take care of my issues . . . and he took time with me to make sure I understood the issues and resolutions . . . did I mention how busy he was? Unfortunately, the hands-free issue could not be resolved but he also took the time to research it and let me know it was an incompatibility issue with my iOS version.

    PRIORITY honda hampton is greedy and money hungry dealership. All they want is your money!! Thats their goal is to take your money. car for service and they forgot to recalibrate my sensors for my tires because they had done my tire rotation. I came to my appointment at 9 am and I left my car there for half a day. Apparently they had forgotten to recalibrate my sensors. The manager Michael advised me to go to my car and do it myself. My car doesn't have that settings. THIS IS YOUR JOB TO DO AND NOT MINE. Their service manager told me to do the calibration myself ! I paid you money to do it and you screw up.

    In a recent service visit for my just-purchased Passport, I dropped it off several days early, leaving the keys in the hands of the person who'd sold it to me a week prior, who knew I was dropping it off early. Several days later I received a call from the service department (on the day it should have been delivered to a 3rd party for some modifications) asking me where it was. Since the dealership did not deliver the car in time for the scheduled modification, it pushed the service date back by about 2 weeks because the shop was booked. Don in service was really taken aback to learn the car had been there the whole time and was extremely and sincerely apologetic. Communication problem I guess.... HOWEVER, the folks at Priority Honda are professional and accommodating. Things happen, people are busy. I get it. On the whole, I recommend them. The buying experience was quick and easy, with no pressure. Clean, well-run dealership and very nice folks. Would buy from them again.

    Great service. James was extremely friendly and helpful! Brought my car in for an oil change and state inspection, asked James at the counter if they could look at my tire. I needed a new tire, everything was done including the tire change in just over an hour. I would recommend.

    Not at all the "typical" dealership sales and trade-in experience. From the beginning of my test drive visit, Sheldon took care of everything. He knew a ton about the vehicle, to the point where he could tell me exactly which buttons to press from his spot in the backseat. He was considerate, did not harass me with phone calls, and had done his homework on my trade-in vehicle within 24 hours of my first visit. I received a fair deal for my trade, and there was no HARD SELL with the business manager either. Except for one 20-minute wait right before final paperwork, I knew exactly what was going on each step of the way. Even that wait was understandable when I saw how in demand Sheldon's services were. Great dealership experience from start to finish. If you want a knowledgeable, courteous, smart salesperson, ask for Sheldon!

    Priority as a company has good customer service their employees are always courteous and prompt but they are beyond backed up every single time I come in for a scheduled oil change. Again I say a scheduled oil change, I've waited 2 to 3 hours for every single oil change I prepaid for when I bought my truck in 2019. I don't recommend trusting the supposed free oil changes that are actually added into the price of the vehicle.

    Sheldon did an amazing job the day of the sale and follow up the next week. Him and sales staff were always helpful and professional. Originally was not going to buy my car that day but they convinced me to do it without being pushy.     My car was serviced today March 18th 2022 The service that they provided my Honda Pilot was very unacceptable this is the 3rd time I have taking my 2011 Honda Pilot to Hampton Priority for the same issue They keep suggesting things to fix but never fix the problem I have spent thousands of dollars with this company to keep my 2011 Honda Pilot running as smoothly as she do but that all ended today when they did some work on my Sway bar links She now drives rough she fishtails over every little bump on the highway When I turn my staring wheel there's noise they even neglected to put the cover back over my pedals exposing wires and fuses I am very unhappy with the service that they have been providing my 2011 Honda Pilot We do not deserve to be taken advantage of they are destroying her and wasting my money I think they destroying her for more work each time they come up with something do 🤨

    Went in with my fiance to look at and purchase a 2021 Civic. Our salesperson, Eric, was very helpful and had a great sense of humor. The only problem we had was the dealership adding almost $3k to the MSRP due to covid (they said). We were able to work the price back down by showing them the pricing they had on their website (we had a bit of push-back at first), and after that was smooth sailing; I think we were only there for about two hours. My new car is everything I wanted, she is beauty and grace and I am very happy.

He was, by far, the best car salesperson I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. No hassle.     I purchased my very first Honda last week. I bought the Honda Odyssey. It drives very smooth - like floating on a cloud. I love ALL of the bells and whistles /amenities that came with my vehicle.     Brought my Pilot in for a regular oil change and informed the service advisor that I'll be taking the family on a long trip. They did the oil change and while inspecting other components of the car their "Senior Mechanic" broke off the top of the air intake bolt and just left it there. Once I found out I called the service advisor and he seemed really apologetic with the promise of someone (Manager) calling me back before my trip the next day. No one called, couldn't care less. Needles to say, did not take my car and had to rent one for $450 to take the family just to be safe. This actually speaks high volumes of all the work they had done for my car in the past and all the money I spent there. So do not think these mechanics are trained for any thing but looking in how to videos on YouTube. Will never buy or bring my car to property ever again.

    Each visit has been a great experience. This time I had the pleasure of working with your amazing Service Advisor, Donna Meeks. I had a long day at work and to top it off I ran over a nail on my way home causing a complete flat tire. I understand your service department was probably closing soon however, from the moment I called it was such a relief and I was able to drop off my car last minute. Donna was knowledgeable, and easy to work with. My insurance company is not the easiest to navigate but she handled the situation with ease and took care of everything for me. Donna’s hospitality and customer service is rare to find (especially at closing time). I highly appreciate the experience I had. Afterward, I was also able to obtain a rental after they were supposed to close due to the other employee that waited on me to get there to get me squared away. Unfortunately, her name slipped from me and I wasn’t able to locate it on my rental contract but I hope you can figure out who this individual was as she went above and beyond for me as well. Thank you for your time and I hope this review makes it where it’s supposed to, both of these ladies deserve it.

    Over the past two years, we have purchased two vehicles from Priority Honda (most recently, in the last couple days). In both cases, the salesman (Sam) and the whole car buying experience were excellent. Very knowledgeable, kind, no pressure, and helpful. My service department experience has been excellent as well. Kind and courteous service folks who do the work well and efficiently. Take advantage of "Priority for Life" services, it is a great added value and helps differentiate them from other car dealerships.

The sales reps Jason Setliff and Eric Grenier helped get us started on our path of purchasing our new CR-V.     My wife and I went to this dealership to purchase a 2021 Honda from the very start we noticed additional 2400 added to the MSRP when asked we were told “ it’s because of the computer chip shortages” my wife was very eager to see the red Honda but the salesman didn’t have the keys because the Managers wife was driving it as a demo, so they had to find the keys, during our negotiations I told them we were already approved and asked for cost to be lowered to MSRP but was denied, I explained to them that other dealers were only charging MSRP but they were determined to sell us the car above value and not to mention that Red Honda the Managers wife was driving had 2400 miles on it, they told me that rule of thumb is as long as it’s below 5000 miles they could sell it as new. O yeah and I didn’t get any type of Veteran incentives either but they did thank me for my service.

    Took my car to the shop.. One person told me one thing about a billed charge management told me another. Tried to charge me for things I didn't want telling me I needed it and proceeded to tell me that they'll wave the fee this time but next time I better expect to pay up... then tried to tell me the mechanic wouldn't get paid because of me... nice try with the guilt trip. To think I was actually even interested in buying a car from here. Don't worry to much I've already been spreading the word about the situation. I even took my car somewhere else and they actually figured out what was going on and only charged me for what actually needed to be fixed. The shop I took it to really got a kick out of management's "professional "notes about the visit and laughed at you guys too. WON'T BE BACK. Thanks for the "amazing" customer service.

    Looking for a used car? Buy here! First off, I had issues with the used car purchase here but Priority Honda did everything they could to make it right. I found a used 2017 VW GTI Autobahn online for a great price, negotiated it to an excellent price, did a test drive and bought the vehicle. I realized it was the wrong trim after driving it off the lot and contacted them immediately. I was upset and feeling like I had been taken advantage of. Within a day they contacted me several times to apologise and said we could renegotiate or return the vehicle. Two days later they cut me a check for a very fair amount that was the difference between the trims that I actually received. Shout-out to Yvonne, Ryan, and Brian for making a sour situation sweet again. In an age of vending machine car sales and online sales, this dealer is adapting and doing trustworthy business instead of sticking to the slimy used car sales tactics of the past. Despite my rocky purchasing experience I can say I am pleased with how I was treated and how they honored the original representation of the vehicle. They made a mistake and made it right and that's really all I could have asked for. Sure, it took a few extra hours of my time and some headache, but I'm happy in the end. I would buy a car from here with confidence in the future and can recommend this dealership for others. I've had poor experiences with other Priority Auto Group locations in the past, but at the very least this location seems well managed with the customer's happiness in mind.     Priority Honda in Hampton Gets a five star rating from me. I called made a appointment for oil change and state inspection. I talked with a young lady (Stacy) The day of my appointment, at the service department I was very pleasantly impressed with the high level of service I received from, (Caitlin). Very energetic, and knowledgeable. Total enjoyed speaking with her. The service adviser, (James Comey) also a very pleasant man, very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to speak with. It only took a few minutes to get checked in and another few minutes for my car to be taken in for service. Every expectation I had in my mind was meet and more. I really like the high level of cleanness of the dealer ship inside and out. Everyone was working, did not see anyone standing around or on a personal electronic device. That you Priority Honda for running a tight ship and for having great employees like Stacy, James and Caitlin.     This morning at 6:30 my car went to car heaven. As a single mom with 2 kids that is one of the worst things that could happen unexpectedly.     I highly recommend Priority Honda for sales and service. I've been taking my 2003 CR-V there for years, and they treat it like a brand new car. They keep it running amazingly well for having close to 200,000 miles on it. The brand is so reliable we have also purchased two other Hondas there, one new and one used. Great experience both times. The prices are very fair, all staff members treat customers kindly, and both sales and service are completed in a timely manner. Jason and Chase are great representatives of a great company. Buy your car there, and have it serviced there: you won't regret it.

    On February 28, 2022, I decided I wanted to buy the hybrid Insight, went to Priority Honda in Hampton, and was greeted at the door by Scott Gregoire. By putting down a deposit, I was assured I would be getting one as soon as possible. Scott kept me up to date on the progress of getting it built and then delivered, and helped with the paperwork for my daughter to buy my car.     I have used Priority Honda in Hampton to service my Honda vehicles since 2014. I have not had an issue with their service technicians when it comes to maintenance. They are also able to keep vehicles around for daily rentals. I have used the rentals to figure out comfort and powertrain factors to determine whether or not I would wish to purchase a different model in the future. A sound business from my experience with them.

    I called about a Red Honda Civic, 22,715 MSRP that was in stock at the this dealership per their website. I called and verified that they had it and I called again the day I went to go and look at it. Right before I left I called and asked if they still had a red Honda Civic LX in stock for 22,715 MSRP and they said they did. I left work early and drove 1 hour and 15 minutes. When I got there I met the person I talked to, and he said the Civic is being pulled around now. I said thank you and waited 10 minutes. To my surprise a Blue Civic LX came around the corner 1,000 dollars more MSRP, not the red one I inquired about! I was very frustrated at this point. Even though this was frustrating I stuck with it and we tried to work things out. They also added a 4,000 dollar market adjustment fee. To me they seemed misleading and unprofessional by the way they were talking to my father and I. They were not straight forward about the answers to my questions . I was not impressed. I left disappointed. In my opinion I felt they tried to bait and switch me.

    I went to another dealership prior to visiting this one and well, they wanted an arm and a leg to get my service done. I was quoted an over inflated price. I was not happy about it. I decided to shop around a little more and wanted to stay away from dealerships in particular. Nevertheless, I decided to try here and I am glad I did. Making the appointment was a cinch. Taking the vehicle to get fixed was expeditiously. They took care of my transportation via shuttle service and kept me informed throughout. I did not get calls about trying to fix additional issues on my car - I know there are a few - which I appreciate, since I had a maintenance and budget in mind to work with. I got a complimentary wash and a inspection done - which unfortunately I did not get the inspection report, but that's small potatoes compared to everything else - I was overall pleasantly pleased. I would definitely take my vehicle here again, the experience was that gratifying to me. Thank you James Comey, you were awesome.

    I scheduled a test drive but they sold the car before I arrived. I spoke with Chris Meadows and he was able to check on a date when the next (very specific spec) Civic was coming in. The day before he sent a text confirming that I was still interested. I arrived to the car pulled up to the showroom and Chris ready to give me the rundown on it. I test drove it while he did an appraisal on my car for trade in. He was very professional and worked with me on pricing and warranty. It was by far the best experience buying a car I've ever had.

    There's this one guy: CHASE WEAVER, does a great job at receiving people and just being a good public service in which i witnessed this on the day that I was there... There were two ladies leaving the showroom as CHASE was outside sending off two visitors. And as he was trying to get the driver's attention to let her know that she was about to drive off with the trunk of her car up/open ( I don't know how both ladies, passenger & driver could have missed this ) however, at first, it appears to the two visitors standing with Mr. Weaver. that as he repeatedly tried to get their attention to say what the situation was, the driver acted in her notions as if CHASE was approaching her incorrectly ( she seemed to purposely ignore him ) to the point that she seemed fearful. Until he had to literally walk up to her window soon after she had closed the car door, go into reverse and well, this could have definitely gone all wrong. The lady stopped, rolled down her window to receive what was being said and thanked CHASE and the two visitors for alerting her. I thought he did a heads up thing to not let her gestures get in the way of preventing what could have been a bad incident/accident because usually when one puts the vehicle in reverse and the trunk is all ready up, the trunk flies open/up quicker ( she was really trying to move away from him fast ) Truly trying to help folks has it's merits...😇💭

    Our experience with Bo was amazing! He helped us purchase an amazing vehicle that our family can grow into and we are so grateful to have done business with him. Our vehicle search started as a solo venture when I saw my vehicle on another lot where I first test drove it. To their misfortune, my intention of buying the vehicle wasn’t taken seriously. I wanted time to consider and discuss with my husband, but I knew I wanted that SUV. To keep my options open, however, I went to Priority Honda where I met Bo. I informed him that I was just looking and couldn’t make any decisions until my husband was able to be a part of the process. Bo completely respected my boundaries. I test drove another vehicle, but it was primarily to make sure I really wanted that other SUV. In the end, Bo treated my husband and I like royalty. When we were both present, he had my SUV on the lot ready for a second test drive because he wanted me to be sure. He was excited to meet us and was genuinely excited about the features in our vehicle! He gave us a tour of the dealership and all the amenities we could partake in once we became part of the family.     Horrible service. No communication. I dropped my 2010 Accord off Tuesday night (8/3/21). Battery kept dying even though only 28 months old of a 5 year battery. Testing show a bad alternator, which Priority installed 27 month ago. This is Friday night and we have yet to ever get a call with a status update - each time we have had to call them to find out anything. They initially claimed that since the alternator is a year old it is time to replace it. I have the paperwork from their install which says 36,000 miles/3 year warranty. Had to sent it to them to get them to accept responsibility. Now they are saying that it will take another 8-10 days to get the part. No offer of a loaner or anything. UPDATE: Spoke to service manager and operations manager ( general manager never returned our call). Car is not driveable and the part in question is under warranty. Initially they offered a loaner for $40/day cost to us even though they said the part could take 2 months to arrive. (They claim that is what the car cost them.) Finally offered a free loaner to us for Friday (8/13) to Monday (8/16) no cost. Finally, the part came in Monday and our car was fixed and returned (8/16).

    My experience was absolutely amazing!! I’ll start with the fact that I absolutely dread making large purchases. I usually go into them having done research and obsessing, so that I don’t feel overwhelmed by a salesperson offering me a million options because I haven’t decided what I want. The staff at Priority Honda Hampton was extremely courteous, straight forward, and a pleasure to work with. The professionalism of Jason Setliff., Keith McCullar, & Derek Holden was indescribable.     I just got my first car and came to priority Honda here in Hampton to get my state inspection done. I was immediately greeted by a cheerful, sweet man. His name is Don Matilda and he is the service manager. I mentioned to him that this was my first time and I was pretty much clueless.     First let me start off my saying that the customer service at priority is THE BEST!! They will forever have my business. This was my 2nd purchase from them and my salesman, Tom, did not let me down. First I told him what I wanted in a new vehicle and guess what, he listened! He didn’t try to oversell me which can be so annoying. Even when it looked like I would have to walk away from the car I wanted in my range, he communicated with me until we came to an agreement. I really appreciated his patience and his willingness to keep going back to the priority drawing board. You also can’t beat all of the perks that come with buying a new car at priority (priority for life, low interest rates if you financial etc). I am enjoying my new car and I think I made a good decision

    Great customer service. Lots of different type of cars. I have personally used their repair shops for my Honda and its been great! Car buy is also great. There was one individual who i didn't appreciate but other than that issue the whole process of buying the car was great. They walk you through everything and do their best to work with you. Car prices are alittle bit higher than Car max but they offer way better peace of mind with their guaranteed engine and power tran warranty for the life of the vehicle.

    Excellent Dealership with amazing service. Military friendly. Brian our sales associate, Shelly, Anne, auto parts sales associate (latino gentleman) and gentleman in finance were absolutely wonderful to work with, very personable and knowledgeable. Great interactions with all. I was able to choose my vehicle from our overseas duty station before arriving. We had multiple delays on our trip (almost 2 weeks). Any they were so flexible and patient with us. We really like the priorities for life package that comes with purchasing from them as well. The interest rate offered by Honda financing was much less than USAA and Navy fed. Had interactions with competing dealerships nearby this one was by far our favorite.Highly recommend them!

    With it being so hard to find the exact vehicle I wanted I ended up having to go out of state. I'm so glad I did.     Bought a 2008 Honda Accord with low mileage(Cash) and extended warranty in August 2020 and besides the oil change and inspection I have been in close to 10+ times. Now I have pay another 142 to fix something not covered under warranty. I guess I was wrong to trust the Priority name. This is so not right. I am so furious right now.

    I purchased 2020 Accord EX Hybrid here last week and had an excellent experience. Bo (Baul Oh) was my salesperson and he was super friendly and helpful. He tried his best to get me an excellent deal and was honest about everything. Even after I signed the deal, he showed me all of the cool features of the car and answered all of my questions so that I could get the most out of the car. I don't have whole lot of experience of buying cars, but by far Bo is the best car dealer I've ever met.     While the check-in service was great, the actual service to my vehicle was troubling. I brought my vehicle there for a diagnostic and advise. It was driving when I dropped it off. I got the diagnostic and (unclear) advise to replace a part I’d just replaced months ago, paid for the diagnostic anyhow, got an oil change, and left with more lights on than what I came with. Now I am dealing with a vehicle that will not even start. Disappointed, annoyed and even more confused than I was a day ago with regards to what is wrong with my Honda.

    It was a horrible experience! I applied online for a vehicle came in for an appointment the car wasn't even there rescheduled for an appointment to allow them time to ship the car in.
