I don't know where to start! I first worked with PSF in 2015/2016 when I purchased my first home. I remember it was such a simple process that I couldn't understand why family/friends would say "it's worth the headache". So when I recently decided to refinance, I knew where I was going to go again. We worked with Tiffany. She really did go above and beyond for us. We found a house and she had us preapproved right away so we could make an offer. Due to the tough market we did not get that house. Or a few others me made offers on. But she was with us every step. Once we finally had an offer accepted it got a little hectic. Appraisers apparently are very difficult to find right now. No fault on Tiffany. She did what she could. She really worked hard to get appraiser to schedule sooner so we could close on time. The only thing that could be improved on is communication. Towards the end we were getting many emails about signing these forms and we didn’t know what was going on. It was all very confusing. But absolutely would recommend Tiffany. She was very nice and hardworking. We will always be grateful she helped us get our dream home.
