I was a bit skeptical at first because I dealt with another loan company that required way too much paperwork. I was told it was because I am self-employed and that those are the rules. It got so cumbersome and time consuming that I had to quit the process. But Allen over at this company knew exactly what to do and made it easy for me to cut through the clutter and I was able to close in a matter of a few weeks after completing some simple paperwork and a little Q&A. I'd recommend this company to any self-employed folks who have had trouble securing a refinance.

Worst experience ever. Nothing but broken promises. Never trust these people. Scott is not a man of his word. No better than a used car salesman. You're completely abandoned after the deal. All his intentions were only to get his exorbitant fees. Complete rip off.

Zach and his team were fantastic. As a first home buyer, I was all nerves and learning as I went. Zach was always there to answer my questions promptly. Let's just say we basically talked on a daily basis, and I'm grateful for his patience. I don't know how it is for other people going through this process, but if you know you are going to need a 24/7 hand guiding you, my advice would be go with Zach. He came through for us on a super tight spot with our seller, and we are forever grateful. I did not even think I would quality for a home loan, Zach helped me see our dream was possible.

Absolutely amazing team! I have bad credit because of mistakes with credit cards from college years ago! My fiancé and I applied and Jim’s team including Paul and Amy made it so seamless! In a very stressful time PRM made it as smooth a process as possible. They always have prompt responses and truly care to help you! If you have a job switch they work with you. If your home doesn’t appraise for what you offered they work with you to get a different rate so you can afford to pay the difference. Not only that but they do it all with a smile on their faces!
