Do not... Do not.. work with these people everything you are reading in the reviews is accurate. My title company even confirmed they dread dealing with Scott Ozark. He will initially promise you everything you ask for ..you will not hear back from him, you will need to reschedule final day signing at the title company likely more than twice, he will inconvenience everyone..the stress he adds to buying a home is completely uneccessary. The team will ask for multiple documents that you have already sent. There is no communication . Read the reviews people, pretty consistent.

I enjoyed working the Mike, he made my first time buying a home very smooth. He is very knowledgeable and walked me through the process. Communication throughout the process was great! The team at Primary Residential Mortgage was even able to get the loan approved earlier than expected. Just remember to heed their warnings about no big purchases on your credit card before closing and you'll be good!

After having some not great experience, I can say that Michael Peterson was above and beyond that!! He communicated very well and he took the time to answer questions whenever I had any. I was not just another application ,but I felt like a customer he wanted to work for. I would recommend him over to any home buyer and I will no doubt work with him again. Thank Mike!!

Great coustomer service4 months ago (Michael and Deliah are Rockstars). They helped us every step of the way and answered all questions thoroughly. This is my second time buying and by far the best experience I've had with a mortgage company. Very smooth and seamless process. Highly recommend, keep up the good work.

Michael and Team made our mortage experience as easy as they could. They are easy to communicate with and respond quickly to any and all questions.

Got preapprove then we had problems. Mike will respond pretty quick but Deliah won’t she say I have new for you later that day then you hear nothing then they said a week before closing I need a co-signer and then I send all of that and still hear nothing just there team is processing it recommend not going to online lenders just go to a local more likely I won’t get the dream home

Great experience working with Deliah and Melanie to do the re-fi of my mortgage. They ran into several hurdles but managed to clear them all. They are very good at responding to emails quickly and I always felt informed about the process. Last, but not least, their fees were very reasonable and significantly less than some others that I spoke with. Overall, I highly recommend them.

Michael and Deliah were wonderful to work with. We had a deadline to meet and they were helpful every step of the way to help us complete everything in time. Super grateful for everything they did for us and definitely recommend them to others looking to purchase their own home.

!!!!WARNING!!!! Horrible experience and lost money and time I will never get back. Waited until I had an accepted offer, down payment, inspection money and wasted everyone's time for months just to deny my loan approval the day before closing!!! Who handles business that way! Had the audacity to reach back out and pulled my credit again just to tell me they could not help me again. They were referred to me originally, please do yourself a favor and look else where! Horrible unethical business!

worst experience ever. Scott Ozark took two months on my loan then simply stopped communicating. I went with Primary based on his sales pitch and ability to get the deal done. He just kept saying it was in underwriting and then stopped replying costing me thousands in interest payments. Dishonest, unethical and worthless
