Jessica has been remarkable during the whole home buying process. She has been easy to communicate with, transparent and trustworthy. She was honest and I felt very comfortable working with her. She was patient and not overbearing. I could tell she was interested in me as a client. She was available during and outside of business hours. She would keep me informed of updates. I can’t say enough great things about this company! Zack truly works magic! When switched loan companies and started the process with Zack he got me approved for $30,000.00 more with a .75% lower interest rate. As a first time home buyer I was worried that I was going to feel lost but he explained everything in a way I understood. Once the loan process was underway I started dealing with Amanda. She is so sweet and so informative! She truly goes above and beyond to make sure you know everything that’s going on and is very patient (even when you have to call her 100 times and she should be sick of hearing from you 😂). Go get your home loan through this company! You won’t regret it!

Zack Lovett is the man to see if you want to buy a home! He's very knowledgeable about VA loans. He answered my 1000s questions, and gave me directions on how to improve our credit so we could buy a home. We worked hard to get it done. He never gave up on us even though it took us a while. We are so pleased with everything Zack did for us!

I have to say, Conan, Sara and Amanda were all super amazing during this process! I reached out to Conan due to my frustration with my first lender. He listened, didn’t pressure me to come and even took the time to address some of my initial concerns without being a customer! Always super pleasant! Amanda and Sara were ALWAYS super pleasant and always responded to my many many questions. I got the best rate! (Under 3%). I will be sure to recommend this team to whomever will listen lol. They are amazing!

If there were a zero star option that's what I would give! I am a first time home buyer and was initially put in touch with Jessica Humphrey. She was helpful at first but they did not lock in my rate, and and the last couple of weeks I was with them I got absolutely no response from anyone. She sent me final disclosures $16,000 closing cost at a 6.25%. They are the most absolute unprofessional group of people. They use low credit scores and take advantage of 1st time home buyers to try to screw them around. Do not use this group! horrible and unprofessional and they should not be in business! I switched to AmCap and they had me closed in less than 30 days. Beware of this company!

There is nothing that she could do because there were just too many issues during the homebuying and closing process. She answered every question we had during the home buying process. In the end we were able to purchase a home that we can enjoy. Thanks Jennifer!

My husband and I bought our very first home back at the very end of October. Jennifer Palmer was our loan officer and I honestly cannot say enough great things about her. From the very beginning, she was very tentative and quick in response. She kept us up to date every step of the way. We never thought we would be able to have a 5 bedroom & 3 full bathroom home to accommodate our family, but Jennifer was a HUGE part of making it happen! She helped push the process through and we closed right when we had hoped to. We are located in Florida as well, so you absolutely do not need to be local. The experience was great not every second lol there were a few bumps but Shane was there to assure me that it was going to happen and it did! We are in our new home thanks to Shane God love him for putting up with me lol He was available no matter what to answer a text or call and he was very quick to find a solution and get it moving! Here we are enjoying homeownership thanks to Shane and all his patience we couldn't be happier with his help I would recommend him to everyone reading this and that I know who is in the market to buy a home.

5 months of going in circles to be applied for loans that don’t even apply to the house or location. Then left hanging completely. Thanks for wasting our time. Changed lenders and have made more headway in a week than the five months waisted on this company. Don’t waste you time with this company.
