Loan officers here are amazing. Customer service and trying to talk to a person about my mortgage payments and home insurance payments is impossible and incredibly frustrating. Something needs to be changed on the customer service side. My loan officer should not have to try for weeks to get customer service to fix issues or contact me.

Worst Mortgage Company around!! No management with brains. Sent us 2 threatening letters (full of lies) regarding missing insur coverage docs when the insurance company confirmed they were mailed and we were paid in full 30 days in advance! Still more threatening letters this time for proof of coverage a year ago! No apologies, nothing. They claimed the letters were 'auto generated by their legal team with threatening language and lies. No excuse! Fire the legal team and never use them. All qualified employees have quit! Pitiful!

We were first time buyers the first time we went through PRMI and used Ken Cesaro for two refinances afterwards. Great company, fast responses, clearly very knowledgeable, and always friendly and willing to help. I feel confident we got the best rates and assistance with all our mortgage needs!

The tools provided by the company to help you upload documents and keep you informed of the process are so user friendly and interactive. And I can't say enough about Josie. She is a mortgage loan powerhouse! Professional, responsive, and exceedingly good-natured, she will work hard to make sure you're happy at the end of process.

Joshua first and foremost is a wonderful person and a great communicator. He really cares about his clients and truly wants what is best for them. I have to give only one star because my customer service experience has been absolutely horrible. I have tried numerous times calling in and also sending out emails to their customer service department to have my home owners insurance paid out of my escrow funds and they are still not paid. Not only am I now late on paying my homeowners insurance, I also continue getting the run around. I am tired of calling in to try to get something important resolved.. This company has been one of the most difficult companies I have ever had to work with.

I reached out to Chris through a friend hoping I could start my house buying journey with him. I opened up the conversation letting him be aware I wouldn’t need to buy this year if it wasn’t possible, being a new home owner and not knowing what really happens. We constantly got positive feed back from him saying the loan was good to go. Put an offer in and even got the guarantee that we were going to close. I had set up everything in my life to be ready for the move. On the closing date we found out we need to extend which is typically normal. But we extended four more times and switched loans and after the second extension had to add a co-signer which would have been a lot easier had I been given more time to get things together. But two weeks past the closing date was just all so stressful. Then I had to move out of my apartment on top of this three weeks after I was suppose to close on the house. The last extension happened on the 31st and I was told at 4:00pm that I wasn’t getting the loan. After a whole month of waiting. I had looked at the house on March 27th and only found out on July 31st that I wasn’t getting the house. It was unbelievable. I had multiple communication issues with him and was unaware of what was happening with this. Every day I’d be asked for more and more information and be given no reassurance after the closing date that it was going to happen. I was beyond stressful and ended up loosing the deposit. A large sum of money that didn’t need to be lost and only was able to be the sellers due to chris and him saying we were guaranteed to close which we didnt. I do not recommend and I certainly would make sure you get in writing right away that everything he said was 100 percent accurate because I did not experience that from him.

I had set up an automatic payment through their website to pay my mortgage, scheduled to start May 1, 2021. It's now May 5, 2021, and my payment hasn't been posted yet, nor the money withdrawn from my account. I tried for 30 minutes to call their customer service number, and got either a busy signal or the automated response stating that my call couldn't be completed as dialed. When I FINALLY was able to get through, I was put on hold....and I'm STILL holding over an hour and a half later. My loan origination was AMAZING, but the way they're servicing existing mortgages is ATROCIOUS. They need to hire more staff to deal with the volume and get their acts together. We deserve better.

Simply the worst mortgage company I've dealt with in nearly 50 years and multiple homes. After selling my loan to another service company they report late payments to the 3 major credit reporting agencies. They are not trustworthy or capable. I suspect this is illegal as they no longer own the loan.

Jasmine was overall a good loan officer. She could benefit from more training. She seemed inexperienced at times. Things she didn't know she could've done a better job at seeking out the information and then relaying it to us timely. A lot of times she would assure us that one thing was the ONLY thing holding us up, we'll submit it and then there would be a list of other things that we needed to provide. Open communicate with the borrower is best, despite how she thinks they may take it. Purchasing a home is already a grueling process, you don't want to make it even more stressful. If he didn't have the answer he'd let us know and would promptly investigate and get us what we needed. He made our closing happen within 30 Days, which is a miracle. He worked hard for us and would communicate with us throughout the day no matter the time. He made acquiring a lender painless and seamless.
