Hi all, I started my quest to become a first time homeowner a couple of months ago. I was expecting it to be a long confusing process that made me want to pull my hair out... I was wrong. Patricia was excellent! She helped me through every step of my refinance. She was always available to answer all my questions as I had many, not ever going through this process alone.
