Customer service is extremely unhelpful. System is slow. They stole my money after the loan got refinanced and paid off they still took out auto payments after the loan was paid off for more than a week causing my account to go negative and wouldn’t take responsibility for the fees they caused by stealing my money. Would not recommend. They also charge insane interest rates.
