I originally posted a good review while the navigator we bought was really nice it had a lot of hidden defects most of which I found before purchasing or signing anything got an"I owe we owe" form for all defects I found although that was just a waste of paper, they were sapose to send me a wheel bearing and complete fog assembly , then after having the truck a week the radio has random shoot outs(random sounds that don't go off with radio off) spoke with service advisor my original sales man and parts guy and was told they get me a new amp after paying Ford dealer 500$ to figure out what was goin on I called every day for 2 weeks and got the same run around up to the point where my calls aren't even answered now and if I call from a number they don't know once they find out who I am they hang up, spent 20,000$ on a truck a couldn't even drive for 3 weeks they promised the world and can't keep their word 1500$ later I fixed it all myself . If you don't know what you are looking for don't go here I'm a mechanic and missed quite a few things I haven't mentioned

My fiancé was able to get a great grade in value on his vehicle and found the car he has been wanting for some time at a great price. Jesse was able to find the exact vehicle he has been interested in, and got the ball rolling for us to bring everything from our bank in the next day and have all the paper worked signed and ready to go. This is our second vehicle we have bought from prestige and would buy again in the future. Classy, clean, luxury vehicles. Car fax was included. 6 month/6k warranty. I bought a car from this dealership and within a matter of two weeks the headlight was defective and they had brought it in for service and said they wouldn’t fix it when it was sold with a bad headlight which is a safety hazard and should of never been sold !! While the vehicle was in there service department they managed to scratch the after marker brand new wheel and when I asked them to fix it they basically said they didn’t do it and to screw myself !! This is the most unprofessional place I have ever had to deal with!!! The dealer doesn’t even deserve the star that I gave them . I now have to replace a 1200 dollar headlight and a 500 dollar wheel so thanks for screwing the consumer . I would never recommend them to anyone so thanks Anthony and Steve and Cody for doing bad business.

I just sent you a video of the car so you can view it" and : ".There is Nothing to apologize for with the Vehicle......." turns out they are thieves. Didn't want to drive so I've tried online buying with them. Such a liars and thieves. Car was not as they promised..a lot of problems and flaws. And they don't want me to return the car excuse it's a lemon car. Think twice when u buy a car from this clowns and thieves.

This is the worst place I ever got a car from! They got my car serviced didn’t fix anything that was wrong and top it off they scratched up 1200$ set of rims and won’t fix them. The sales manger Anthony knows that they did it took pics before I left the Carlot and sent it to the main gm and still nothing. Been calling for day to see what they was going to do to fix the situation and nope they are doing nothing! I suggest you go elsewhere for your vehicle!

Brother bought a car recently and we drove 2 and a half hours there to pick it up. Salesman had everything pretty much taken care of and he got a really nice very low miles Lexus IS3300 F.

Buying a car from Prestige auto credit was the worst mistake I could ever make in my life. Bought an Audi A4 Quattro 09. I can say is pretty much a junk car now. After having it for a couple of months. It constantly has check engine lights, battery problem, transmission and so much more. I now think the car is absolutely done for with another problem to where I can’t even drive the car. I warn anyone that wants to buy a car. Don’t go to prestige. You will regret it just as I did. And I lost all the hard earned money I made to buy a car I thought could last me for a decent amount of time especially for college. But now I have a car that probably worth absolutely no value and have no car at the moment. And to say that this car is the best option for me. When the truth it was the worst car I could ever buy. And if I could go back I would have never set foot in there lot.

I bought the 2008 Audi TT from Prestige Auto Credit and let me tell you I WAS BLOWN AWAY with the staff and order of operations there. make sure you have a trusted mechanic check your car out if you buy from this dealership or any of their dealers. bought a luxury cadillac from them, had 3 new brake rotors but they left one old rusted one on there and when i complained they said they sanded it down and should be fine. what common sense mechanic knows to only change 3 rotors and leave one knowing fully well the weather will be uneven? check engine light was also on for a bad temp gauge sensor. have a mechanic you trust check their cars out or better yet just stay away from them. Period.

Tony and Jennifer were absolutely wonderful from the very beginning. I was a little hesitant at first since I was coming from Michigan to purchase the car. But working with Tony and Jennifer was really easy and smooth. This would be an easy five-star rating but on the day we arrived to purchase the car, the finance manager was on vacation. Tony did his best to finish our transaction, but he was also engaged with another set of customers. The purchasing process took much longer than it could have. Avoid this place at all costs!!! In July I traded in a Volkswagen for an Audi. On the “we owe” it stated they would fix the brakes on the Audi I brought the Audi in several times for them to fix it and they would never do it. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I traded the Audi in for a different vehicle (and shame on me for believing them) it came with a “we owe” back up camera. After texting Anthony for several months he finally stated “I’m at a loss on this one.” It is now January (second car purchase on September and $4000 later) and still no back up camera and Anthony is now ignoring all texts and phone calls. This is the definition of a “used car dealership” with sleazy salesmen. Hoping this will help someone avoid the same awful experience that I have had.

My boyfriend and I purchased a ford expedition from here not even a month ago. When looking at the vehicle we were told the power steering had an issue but it had been replaced. The day after purchasing we drove to Toledo and while there lost our power steering and had to drive the 2.5 hours back to the akron area because the "warranty" would only cover free towing for 40 miles and the rest would be out of pocket cost. We drove back and next day took the vehicle back to address the issue, was told it was a steering rod issue associated with the power steering and ordered the part. In the meantime they "greased" the current part stating it should keep it running smoothly until the part comes in. It was than scheduled to be fixed a week later, when I arrived for my appointment I was told the part hadn't arrived yet but they were gonna take the same part expected for someone else and make that person wait. 3 days ago my truck again was taken to a shop of my choice, found out my front driver caliper was seized almost closed and had ruined my brake pad and rotor as well as issues on the passenger side. 500$ later... and that was just the most urgent and major issue needing addressed at that time. My truck still has an intense pull to the right when braking (which when purchased I was told is normal), grinding, skipping or misfire when easing on gas (like two gears that are rubbing and can't lock), and a bad belt or pully. Those are the issues I have experienced and know about. The shop didn't go into details on additional problems they had found (family friend). All I can say is the experience was nice and everyone was very polite, but I would recommend having the vehicle fully inspected before purchasing. I paid 16k for a vehicle that should've been at least in PRESTIGE condition. Instead I'm slowly fixing all the issues they tried to knowingly hide when placed onto the lot. With my brakes as bad as they were there is no way they didn't know when putting it up to be sold. 1/21/19: well it's been 6 months now since purchasing my vehicle. I again am having it placed into a shop to drop another 500$ on rear calipers, brakes, and roaters as they have now seized closed. My truck was a 1 previous owner vehicle that kept all maintenance up to par with the vehicle while it was owned. The fact that now what should be a PERFECTLY running vehicle is costing me more money than it's worth because of uneducated mechanics/ company that chose to damage a perfectly good vehicle. 3/14/19: I have now replaced the rear brakes/roaters due to warping that began. I also just recently had it in the shop to be looked at again to try and fix more problems since I purchased the vehicle. Unfortunately since the engine light hasn't kicked on no codes we're present during the scan, but it is unknown if this light even works. While it was in, they balanced the tires as they were all different weights. Truck is still running absolutely HORRIBLE! 12/3/19: since my last update I have had 4 brand new tires and an alignment done. I still get the check air suspension warning anytime I hit a decent bump. We also managed to get the engine light to come on and flash than go back off, when looking this up we learned it's a severe misfire within the catalytic converter. I refuse to put anymore money into the vehicle as I plan to hopefully trade it soon to get out of this hole I'm in with the loan.
