As a first time home buyer, I was very anxious about purchasing a new home, but Mike Hacker completely alleviated any stress throughout the entirety of my purchasing process! He was incredibly communicative and responsive, and thoroughly answered my many questions, often before I even asked them! He anticipated every possible expenditure and speed bump, and the only surprise I got were lower than expected closing costs! He is so knowledgeable, and is passionate about and great at what he does! He also so very clearly loves people and genuinely cares about doing what’s best for his clients! Belynda thought outside of the box and came up with some great loan options that other lenders didn't even think of. She gave great, honest advice on the pros and cons of the loan choices. And she was always quick to answer her phone (or call me) after hours to work on something that needed done. Awesome experience.
