Prescott Valley Pawn Inc AZ, Prescott Valley

Was offered 53$ for 100 rounds of brand new 357 magnum and 6 boxes of 20’ 30-06. Loaned me 70$ on a newer dewalt electric 60v chainsaw for a 20$ Fee for a week, lame sauce!

You know those pawn shops that give pawn shops the reputation of ripping people off? That's pretty much this shop. Out of all of the pawn shops in the prescott and PV area you will get less than all the others for your goods. If you want to purchase an item at the shop you can expect to pay nearly the price that the item would cost new..or even receive an item that doesn't work properly. Also general customer service is non existent. They say "Hello" and then just not pay much attention to you or offer much help if you looking around to buy. I reccomend checking out some of the other shops in the area.

I took a 150.00 worth the sliver coins I needed a loan for just one day and this guy wants to give 20.oo at 25.00 fee a waste of time and money to have driven there .No customer service or kindness of any kind don't waste your time

Very friendly staff. Joked around quite a bit, and were very helpful in helping me take necessary steps towards purchasing my firearm. Will definately go back and check out their inventory every time I'm in the market for something new to me.

I take all my watches there for new batteries. He's so fast that I just wait. Of course, I shop & find rings

I gotta say, I know pawn stores get a bad rap, but this store was pretty good. Selection was decent, prices were good, but the thing that sold me was how nice and welcoming the staff was. Got me in, took care of business, shared some jokes...it was very pleasant. Just my perspective.

This is the first time ive ever tried to pawn something, brought in a bunch of jewelry, most they didnt take because it was costume, fair enough, i had 3 sterling silver rings and was offered $5.00 bucks....told that they arent worth anything, so i kept them. The guy was nice enough, store is pretty tiny, these guys are obviously very selective about what they take. I think i will try somewhere in Prescott next. When a meal at McDonalds is worth more than silver jewelry, gotta re-evaluate some stuff.

So I go in and try to sell four Xbox one games, they count them and tell me 20$ !? So each game is selling for 60$ Or more and they are saying they buy them for 5$ and sell them for 12$. Do they really think I’m stupid enough to believe that they are going to rip themselves off that bad when they had Xbox one games in their cases for more than 12$. I get it your a pawn shop but do people right and make a profit not be complete and total scum bags ! I ended up pawning them because I needed gas money in this new exapensive town I moved too. I will pick them back up and never return. I realized maybe I was better off selling them to Gamestop and everyone knows they aren’t the best

I have been to all the pawn shops in the Prescott/prescott valley area. Out of all this particular one is the less than satisfactory. The workers lack customer service skills, knowledge on products, and are overall inept. If you are in the pv area and cannot travel more than a couple miles I would suggest this place. But overall prescott offers better pawns. Update upon giving this shop another try, My second visit was much more pleasant. Met with who seemed to be the owner. Very knowledgeable gentleman as well as met with a newer lady whom was very pleasant.

I was so thankful to these guys, I had COVID and was a day late, they helped me out, thanks to them I got my moms ring back. Thank you so much
