These guys are the top of the line with what they bring to the table. When we first inquired with them, they needed to find out what the loan was for. Then they narrowed down to the budget for it and they worked with us a lot on that too. We got a flexible payment plan too and even negotiated the interest a bit. They actually accommodated us very well! Isaac Matthews is the genius behind making this happen. In the end we got the money for the upgrades that we needed around the store. Bit of structural upgrades and occasional roof leaks which actually sometimes caused us to close just to temporarily fix it. In the end we got the funding we needed to fix this up and it all worked out! More sales. Less complaints. We're back opening on regular schedule. Everyone is happy!

At first I read the reviews I saw they had four stars out of five so I figured how bad can this please be. Turned out it can be very bad. I don’t even know how they gained four stars or any good reviews. I legit think they have a bunch of people make up Google accounts and leave good reviews because it is impossible to give this company any good reviews. Despite the fact that they spam your phone and emails and if you block one number they call you from another number. I finally decided that I will give them a shot. The day I applied for the lawn gave them all the documentation the ask for. I was told it would take one to two business days. It took them about seven business days. They were very unprofessional about it. They would tell me “we will call you in an hour” or” I’ll call you in 30 minutes” we will call you after this meeting will call you this evening. The next day the same thing. After they finally called me. I requested a loan for $200,000. So they wanted to give me the $200,000 but they have to hold $50,000 so they can collect payments from that. Then after that $50,000 runs out they will start deducting $6700 from my bank account every Friday until they are paid $321,000 all that in one year. This should be illegal. Bunch of wolves from wall street wanna be. Paying $121,000 on a $200,000 loan only in one year is insane. So please do try your best to not get a loan from this company.

They’ve called me a billion times and I’ve told them numerous times I’m not interested. The last thing my small business needs is loan shark money. Today, “frank” offered me up to 500K for 3.75% over 30 years. I looked up these loans on the SBA website and brokers are allowed to charge up to 3% on these type loans, so either these guys are breaking the rules of the SBA or this isn’t really an EIDL loan. Even if I’m off on the numbers, I implore anyone who is tempted by the cash infusion to look at what SBA’s current rates/limits are.

How are there any 5 star reviews for this company? They conned me into applying for a "hybrid" loan that starts at a high interest for 10 weeks and converts to 3.99% after you prove you can make the payments for the 10 weeks. I was very clear I wanted the low interest loan in place before funding. they funded the HIGH interest loan and never converted it to 3.99%. I contacted the after funding the guy was in Israel he kept saying don't worry don't worry. Now I'm stuck with the high interest loan. Complete crooks and scammers. Terrible company to deal with.

Very professional staff here that helped guide us through getting our first loan for our business. We have a retail store and we're acquiring extra space in the store and also needed to buy more selves so we can store more things in the store as well. This is pretty good that really helped us through out the process and in the end the loan helped us get an immediate return within 4 months as we got more in sales and a few self checkout registers so there is minimal wait time.
