We’ve now purchased two vehicles from Alan at Bessemer Chevrolet. This dealership goes above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. My wife and I drive 2 hours one way just because this dealership doesn’t treat you like a number but as a valued customer. We will buy here anytime we need a vehicle for now on.

I must say, Grant Copeland was a wonderful sales associate. From start to finish he wasn't pushy and made my purchasing experience wonderful. I had to bring my vehicle back for a little fix and Grant kept me up to date daily. I would definitely recommend Grant Copeland to anyone looking to buy from Premiere. Another very impressive detail is that when I walked in, the entire staff was at the front desk, having prayer after their sales meeting. This dealership takes customer service very seriously and I'm glad I found my dream car at Premiere.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had buying a car. Josh Sizemore is a great salesman, he wasn't pushy and really listened to me to help find the right Truck for my needs. Mr. Sizemore did everything he could to made sure I was able to get my Truck at a fair price. Definitely a good place to go if you want great service and great deals.

Appointment time was at 11 for oil change and tire rotation and code diagnostic. Wrong vehicle was worked on. My vehicle wasn’t taken back until 2:00 and didn’t leave dealership until 2:50. Get home to find oil all over my hood, engine, windshield. Things that were checked off that were “inspected and done” actually were not! I feel like because I’m a woman these people took advantage of me thinking I wouldn’t go behind and check their work, or lack of. On top of all of that I still had to pay full price for everything! Over $100 so I will not be going back or recommend to anyone

I can always expect to wait 2 hours for service. Then I paid for a tire rotation and it wasn’t done. I had the same pressures from when I got out of my truck. Then as I got down the road I started to hear a noise. I parked it and will take it somewhere else to make sure it was all done correctly. I will NEVER return to this location and hopefully my brand new car won’t fall apart after this so called oil change and rotation

Both Nabeel and Jason were pleasant knowledgeable and sincerely helpful. However I was very unhappy with all the banks that said I applied for a loan when Premiere knew I was prequalified. I don’t know how that affected my credit rating.

I came to get my usual oil change and also I mentioned about my car having a sudden shake when I drive. The service department knew exactly what it was and balanced my tires for me! Excellent job and top notch staff!!

Hands down the easiest people to deal with. Contacted via CarGurus and Josh Sizemore was on it in NO time. Didn't have to step one foot in the dealership to make a deal for a trade, which is almost unheard of if you live local, and most times if you're not in front of them, you don't matter. However, he made it happen for this mama that works full time and literally in less than a day! Couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with. @Chevrolet Bessemer, somebody give this guy a FAT bonus!

I am in the market for a new Tahoe. I contacted Premiere Chevrolet 4990 Premiere Pkwy. Bessemer, Al. 35022 and inquired about a Tahoe listed on their website. I was contacted by a salesman and quoted a $5,000 market adjustment above MSRP. I am a loyal GM customer and have bought 4 brand new GM Vehicles over the last 9 years. I find this market adjustment appalling and almost legalized theft and or price gouging. This practice is a poor representation of the GM brand and should be condemned. Extremely disappointed middle income family who has worked hard for everything in my life. I do not come from money nor am I nowhere wealthy enough to throw away $5000.

My car was fixed in a timely manner so I appreciate that. I appreciate the courtesy vehicle taking me home & picking me up. However, the seats in the vehicle that I was picked up in was so DIRTY that I had to get a towel to sit on. Of course, the driver was very nice & apologetic. I think your dealership has no respect for customers who do not want to contract COVID. I only saw 2 people Herman & Larry wearing masks. If customers enter the dealership wearing masks, employees should immediately & automatically respect the customer & put on a mask. The driver that took me home was not wearing a mask. Therefore, I sat in the backseat & put on an additional mask. But, he was very nice.

I love Premier Chevrolet!!! The staff is extremely friendly and down to earth!! The service department provides excellent service and the technicians are well trained and knowledgeable!!! I always get excellent service and treatment. They are honest and tell you how long your wait time will be. I drive an hour to come to Premier to get my car serviced. They are a Christian based organization which is why I came to Premier Chevrolet to buy my car and I will continue to come here for my car service!!! Great people!!!

Lonnie and the whole group did a great job in surprising our daughter. Also after getting it home with only 125 miles it had an issue but they were " on it" quickly. Nice work!

My insurance company paid for my car to get fixed. They told me it would be two weeks before they could finish up. Two weeks came then they told me another week just to get my parts in. The next week after I called to pick up my car and they finally told the truth. They totaled my car out without telling me but they would keep lying about fixing on it when they haven’t even started. I been without my car a month and a half and still paying note and insurance. Bad communication and even worse attitudes because of there schedules.

I purchased a beautiful Camaro from Grant recently. The communication and transaction was perfectly smooth. It was the easiest car purchase I have ever made and no hassle what so ever. We had a conversation about the car I wanted. He went and got the car ready to go immediately and opened up his schedule for me to come by any time. I sent over all the financials before visiting the dealership. When I arrived the vehicle was waiting on my out front ready to test drive. We had a great conversation while I was test driving the car. I approved of the car and we quickly moved into the paper work. Their finance team was on the ball and had everything ready for me to sign and discuss. I was in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half. They have a great team there that understands what customer obsession is all about. Thank you for the great purchase and I am sure I will be referring customers in the future.

Mr. Wallace was an excellent salesman, knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. The only negative part of the Premiere experience was the fact the finance was slow at getting documents prepared. Otherwise, it was a great sales experience.
