My wife and i are first time home buyers, new to the market and all the joys hidden and public that come with it. We found Premier by chance and were put in contact with an Ian Moore. At first it seemed like it was going to go well but after sending the same documents multiple times and having to hound him to respond to us, its gotten a little much. while we are in the process of writing up a purchasing agreement he finally agrees to talk with us over the phone just to tell us he has " more important clients and would like to see them close first. He ends the very short and rude conversation with a promise to send us papers needed the next day. Three days later and i can say we are done trying to put our trust in premier.

I'm utterly disgusted by the neglect that my partner and I have faced at this establishment. As first time buyers we really needed clarification and help through this process. Not only was our lender Ian Moore unhelpful, but he never could make time for us. He even said that "there are people who are more important than you and are looking to close right now." This is interesting considering we have an offer and are hashing out the details now. Very unresponsive to email and condescending over the phone I would not recommend Ian Moore. I know I certainly am not going to be working with him further.

The best mortgage broker to go with! Preapproval was so fast and smooth and they helped us with tricks to raise our credit score. Ian and Casey made everything easy and fast to get the whole process effectively.

Jason at PML was outstanding in his mortgage lending service. The entire process to refinance a VA home loan took no more than three weeks and it required minimal paperwork. The PML team guides thoroughly throughout your loan’s lifecycle. They were quick to respond to my phone calls, emails and texts and were always forthcoming with detailed information. Out of the many VA mortgage lenders in the area, I found Jason at PML to be the best of them. I highly recommend their lending services to everyone.

John talked us right into applying with him, he was knowledgeable and he had us rest assured he would do everything in his power to help us get a pre approval. We trusted John and he told us we would get a response back within the hour after the application. Then the following day he said end of day, then the next morning.. then completely stopped responding. I had texted a few times, my husband even called from his station overseas to try and reach John to get a response, but we heard nothing. After a few days he finally reached out letting us know he was sick, which I had hoped he felt better and asked him about our preapproval. He then told me we didn’t get approved because my husband isn’t overseas for a full year, leaving us not able to use his income.. even though his active duty orders state he will be there a full year. When I questioned John on this, he stopped responding again. I’m sure Premier is not a bad company, but it feels like John just lost all interest the moment there was a small hiccup. It’s been over a week, I still haven’t gotten a response, and have decided to take my business elsewhere to Total Mortgage where we have been helped and consistently updated. I should have waited for Jeff to get back from vacation instead of working with John. Totally bummed at my experience and I hope I can save other military families the trouble. Thank you.

To those of you reading this review regarding William Cossey, I can tell you he will go beyond the realm of his expertise regarding a mortgage. For example, many times when I asked Will about a legal matter in reference to mortgage questions, he would tell me these questions were not part of the scope of acquiring a pre-approval letter. Even though he had no knowledge about this circumstance , Will would reach out to the people that did know and got back to me without delay with a definitive and a snappy answer. When our offer for the house was accepted by the seller, Will and his team gave us the green light to purchase the house. With that being said, his endorsement was very swift and the closing for the house because of his efficiency and comprehension was prompt. Therefore, if you want Premier to be the company for you, then you would want William Cossey to be your agent. He without a doubt by far is the most kindhearted, thorough, knowledgeable and practical soul in his field. In addition to kindhearted, I just want to say in our hunt for houses, we established a good rapport with one another. I remember one time he said, " believe me guys, I want to get you this house for you more than you do". I will always remember those benevolent words. God bless you Will and your company, you have become a good friend of ours in the family.

Strung me along for four months if not longer to get a cash out loan on my refinance. While I was going through cancer surgery knowing I needed this to be done quickly they strung along and then told me I couldn’t take cash out and they couldn’t do a regular FHA loan. So I would qualify for a cash out if my house was worth a little more but I wouldn’t qualify for a regular FHA without cash. That makes absolutely no sense!!! Very disappointed !!!!

The team at Premier Mortgage Lending was absolutely fabulous to work with. Kerri Loguidice was our loan officer and she explained the process clearly and made us feel at ease applying for a refinance. From there the process moved seamlessly and SO quickly from application to closing. Every member of the team that we worked with was kind, responsive and knowledgeable. I usually dread things like refinancing but I wouldn’t hesitate to go through the process again with this team! I highly recommend them! The refinance has done wonders for us personally and we thank them for everything!

Make sure they put everything agreed on in writing - Premier Mortgage, particularly Matt, will promise you things over the phone just to get your business and then renege on them at the very end of the deal at the last second right before going to sign for a house purchase. Expect to pay significantly more money by the end than they promise over the phone unless they put it in writing. Definitely would recommend finding another mortgage broker. These people are disingenuous.

Premier Mortgage Lending is always putting the customer first. To do that they are consistently innovating to find new ways to add value to others. It's refreshing to experience business like that.

My husband and I refinanced our home with PML. We originally used PML for our initial home purchase as well. Every step of the way was a breeze and easily explained to understand both processes. The staff was super friendly and we got a reduction in our interest rate! We were able to get some cash out and get rid of two horrible loans with outrageous rates by adding it into our mortgage, and our mortgage payment only went up about $30 a month. We closed with Casey and had a great experience. I brought my service dog who has not had a lot of social contact with others since the pandemic. He was a little barky at first, she totally understood and let him wander the office while we signed. It really put me at ease that she was so understanding, and Teddy had a great time on his office adventure! I highly, highly recommend doing business with Premier Mortgage Lending. You won't be disappointed.
