Brad is the epitome of excellence. I am the type A personality, logical, get it done right, inquisitive type to let you know that in interacting with me Brad could have easily gotten annoyed and displayed that annoyance as disrespect as most people do. I tell you. Brad was the best part of me purchasing my largest purchase in my life. I literally would call him when my realtor....s (went through 5 realtors) or someone in the property buying process was causing me stress. What I'm saying is that he is more than a piece of your puzzle. He shared his advice, his encouragement and wisdom in this industry. He brings a lot to the table. He found me the lowest mortgage 3 months before the housing rates dropped to where it is currently. He was there with me for 10 months in me searching for the perfect property. I have asked him to run numbers for at least 10 properties and not once did he make me feel like a burden. He's human too so whenever he was with his family he would communicate that and work on it either late that date or first thing the next day.
