This is my last visit ever. Thanks for always wasting my time. Why can't you guys ever get a simple one check deposit done faster than 10 minutes? Wells Fargo gets 8-15 checks deposited for me in less than 3 minutes. So it's possible. Every time I go here I am waiting on the teller for atleast 10 minutes. Sometimes 30 minutes. Even if I am the only person here. They frequently deposit my money in the wrong account even when I write which one on the slip and tell them verbally. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. Other locations are just as bad.

While I have been a member of this bank for over 16 years, I have only been visiting this Branch regularly for the past five. in general, they let me down a little most of the time, but recently they have completely failed. Historically, the boulder location would have more issues because that was a training branch, but I am starting to think that is now the case with Louisville..

I've used this place as a shared banking branch probably a half dozen times, only due to their proximity to me. I'd feel more comfortable keeping my money under a mattress than trusting these fools to be competent.

Teller was very slow doing my simple withdrawal and refused to great me when I pulled into the drive thru. Waited over 10 minutes.

If I didn't have to give them one star I wouldn't. Very rude staff. I have an account with there affiliated bank Premier Members, and was turned away by this branch. I've banked here several times and upon asking for change I was turned down based on how I look!! They refused to give me change because I have dreadlocks and I "probably" work at a dispensary. Is this kind of blatant steroityping still allowed in this country?? Needless to say, I'll be reporting this to the BBB and contacting there offices.

The drive through was closed Tuesday, the service within the inside of the building was fast and proficient. The building is beautiful inside and very clean

NEVER BANK HERE! This establishment claims to have the customer's best interest in mind but that's a lie! This bank does not account for daily credits vs daily debits rather they nickel and dime you to death by accounting for transactions as they come in. For example, if a bill is automatically withdrawn at 12:00 and you deposit the money for that bill at 12:01, they will not consider your account funded and charge you an overdraft fee if you didn't have the funds in before. This is not the way the majority of banks operate and that is why this establishment takes advantage of iit' customers. Take your money somewhere else!

Sadly, I can no longer recommend Premier Members Credit Union. We've been with this bank for 20+ years, starting back when it was Boulder Valley Credit Union. I understand acquisition hiccups, however, two years in, the computer systems are worse than ever. The people are polite and friendly, but the underlying structure is a continual and pervasive mess. Credit card payments are mistakenly applied to our home equity loan (more than once); PayPal charges linked to a savings account are mistakenly and repeatedly taken out of our HSA account (a nightmare to reverse); and a lengthy wait to access our safe deposit box because my name didn’t make the transition from the original 20-year-old contract onto the new computer system. All this just takes too much time and energy to wade through month after month, despite the smiles and apologies. If Premier can’t get these routine transactions straight, I wonder how competent it is in handling my money in the belly of the bank, where it really matters. We are starting the divorce and moving out accounts elsewhere.

I had a very bad experience in this branch with one of the employees. She was rude and not helpful at all. I was sitting in front of her and she did not acknowledge me for couple of minutes. I asked for more information about IRA accounts and she simply handed two pamphlets ( not saying a word). I asked about the fees on the account and she said "So you didn't go to our website and read it?" I replied NO. The first impression is very important and I got a bad impression from her. Later on another employee took care of me and she was nice and greeted me well. So I'm not saying that all of them have no customer service skills but indeed that person who is in charge of IRA accounts need to work on her skills.

I've been on hold for over an hour with these jokers. The first time calling the Louisville branch, the line went silent after 17 minutes, and then just disconnected after 30. Now I just got hung up calling the Boulder branch after 27 minutes. What a sham.
