    Very upset with their service. Sure, they are friendly but only because they practice errors and omissions. Julie told me the loan stipulations but did not give me the full information. Apparently what a dealership sells a vehicle for (retail) is different than what Premier Members Credit Union thinks the retail value is. Todd the manager did not even seem to care that not only were they losing my business but also my families business because all he cared about was pushing responsibility off on everyone else saying the Dealership was charging too much. He answered the phone stating “he doesn’t talk to members”. Ask yourself this, do you want to bank or do business with people who can’t take responsibility for themselves and doesn’t care about you? If I could I would give negative stars.

    Plus two stars for the very friendly and helpful staff at this particular location. Minus three stars for suddenly removing multiple hundreds of dollars (without being set or asked to do so) from a personal savings account due to a “connected” family member’s temporarily overdrawn account. This has never happened before and appeared as fraudulent activity. When contacted, nothing was done and there was no explanation as to what had happened. Said family member is very confused and extremely unhappy as well. After not responding to multiple online “contact us” attempts, it became apparent that PMCU company in general had no intentions of resolving the issue for me/us; and no explanation as to why it happened or if it will happen again. Not cool...

    Worst customer service I have ever seem. Manager Debbie, Sandra Desanti, and Barb Bibler have held a grudge against me ever since I sued a Defendant in civil court last year. Defendant was found to be in possession of my account statements, told police she got them from the bank. Bank manager was very uncooperative and downright nasty when I requested the bank's written policy on releasing account information to third parties. Defendant had also altered a document that I filled out and had notarized by Bibler. Ultimately, I had to subpoena Bibler to produce her notary log and the bank's written policy about releasing account information to third parties. Bibler showed up at court with a deplorable attitude and wouldn't even speak to me. This week I went to the bank to have a Proof of Service court document notarized bu Sandra Desanti and she flat out refused me that public service which she has done at least 30 times in the past. Despite being 64 yerars old, disabled and struggling into the bank with a cast on a broken foot, Desanti told me to go across the street because there was a notary over there. A formal complaint has been filed against her. I was a customer of this bank for over ten years and I have now switched to Bank of Estes Park. BVCU employees mentioned above were the most unprofessional and ignorant customer service people I have ever met. Avoid doing business with this credit union.

    We decided to work with this credit union for a home refi since they had good rates and are located in our home town. We are working with reps based out of the Boulder office(not our choice). Do Not use this credit union for home loans or home refis. I’m not sure if this is their typical customer service experience but our experience has been exhausting, , inconsistent, incompetent and confusing. Follow up and follow through and sorely lacking. We are 4 months into a refi and the process is still incomplete. We will never give a good review of this credit union when speaking with our friends and neighbors.

    Best customer service Ive ever had. They treat you like a friend, not just another moving body they have to deal with. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Far beyond what is normal. Chelsea, Barb, and Julie are just the names I know, but they are amazing and so is everyone else. Free checking too. I will never bank with anyone else, as long as I can.

    A few years ago my wife and I moved to Poughkeepsie and applied for a loan on a new house. While we waited, we had to stay in an Extended Stay motel, at $75.00 a night. The loan did not come through, and we went on waiting, for a total of four months. Finally the loan did come through. It turned out that the credit union had been telling the credit rating people that we hadn't made a needed payment, and therefore we had a poor credit rating. As a matter of fact, we had made the payment, but it had been deposited in a different account at the CU. Once the payment was put in the account it was intended for, our credit rating went up to where it should have been.. But our indebtedness had risen so high that we have NEVER YET been able to get our heads out of water. I wrote to the CU to tell them what they had done to us, but the CU never responded in any way. IS THIS GOOD SERVICE?

    The staff here are the best. I don’t feel like they are in a hurry and they are always friendly and helpful. The customer service hotline is awesome. I can’t say enough good things about them.
