Spiro is AMAZING! We’ve worked with him on refinancing and most recently buying a new home. Spiro made the process for both very smooth and easy. My experience with premiere lending was terrific. I was able to rapidly refinance my primary mortgage to a far lower rate. The loan was handled by Dave Campagna. Dave helped me purchase my house and has now helped me refinance. He is efficient and transparent. I steer all my friends and family members to Dave for their financing needs.

Michael Idarola was very clear in his communication to us throughout this refinancing process. This was our first refinance, so Michael was very patient with us and let us know what was needed from us. Michael was our go to person and never tried to push us off to someone else. He let us know where we were in the process and informed us that our property taxes will probably go up as the assessor didn’t update the records from our purchase. You could tell that he was deeply knowledgeable and was genuinely trying to look out for our best interest. Michael let us know what amount of refunds we should expect from the refi and our old loan. Overall Michael made our refinance process very smooth and guided us throughout the way. I highly recommend Michael. You will not regret working with him.
