Never in my life have I ever had a business work with me this way this place has! Legally they could have collected my pawn for past due payment. They didn't. I called and communicated to them that I was going to be late. Because I called and was honest they worked with me!!! I highly recommend this business to people who are down and out. They will work with you and they also buy and sell at a good price! 100 percent honorable!!

This place is very fraudulent. They put a lot of sneaky information on their receipts so that you can't return defective products. If you are going to be buying anything from here. Just be aware that they do not tell you a lot about their return policies. Also, if you have any issues the manager will not fix them. They just route you to their GM. (don't buy from here)

We stopped in one day just to look around. I remembered we have a Xbox with the red ring of death, so I asked if it was worth anything. The woman working said no and suggested I try and sell it to a crackhead that's "less inclined to see if it actually works" .....seriously? We did win a free DVD for answering a trivia question but out of the 500 they have, we struggled to find one we even wanted for free. This has been a couple weeks ago and we still haven't watched it, hah.

Great place and decent prices. I went in for a trade for a miter saw and the person handling it had no issues taking care of my offer no questions they know a good offer and value on the spot hands down one of my favorite pawn shops.

Rude manager. Named Austin. Blonde chic. Cussed me in store. Called me a lier when I talked to one of her employees on phone and said there was noway I talked to him. I am contacting better biz and my lawyer is going to summon the video of interaction ... I wouldnt shop there or pawn there if you want descent experience... Bad bad service out of manager. Hi everyone , my name is Gayle I came to live in Muscatine in Feb. Since I've been here I needed help. And I went to premier and got just that HELP!! They help me , not just with a loan but with kindness and when your in a new place and feeling so alone kindness goes so far... They were both professional and respectful . I remember the first time I went there it was a young man who helped me. His words were Im here to help you . I don't want your things . And you know that's exactly what they did In a very bad situation... I give them 5 stars all around.... Thank you premier your some great people !! 💯

I went with my dad to pick up a pair sprayer for a project we have at home and when we showed up to pick it up they were very helpful. So helpful we ended up buying 5 or 6 more items. So I highly recommend stopping by.

Nice place and nice people. Pretty good prices too. If you buy something and if it don't work there let you replace it with a another one just make sure you got the receipt.

Best pawn shop in town. They have a great selection of inventory with fantastic prices. The staff is always so welcoming and helpful, excellent customer service!

Great place to buy or sell items. Awesome staff and willing to negotiate . Very clean and lots of items to buy. Would definately will do more buisness with these great people.
