I've belonged to this bank since it was Home Savings, before the Merger and was always satisfied. Since Premier bought out Home Savings it's been terrible. Fees for every little thing, including statements which is ridiculous. The online banking system is literally a joke and if you call any of the branches for help, all you get is an attitude... And if they don't know you like the back of their hands, they refuse to assist you. I'm looking for a new bank. I can't wait to find a financial institution that's actually useful and close my Premier account!

I have had a number of run arounds with Premier bank, visited my branch three times over what seems like a simple matter but they just won’t do it right. Customer service is terrible and the nonchalant attitude is even worse. Home Savings bank was very professional with excellent customer service and personable staff that actually cared about their customers. It is very frustrating indeed, the lack of consideration and value for customers time is despicable. I sincerely miss Home Savings and will definitely be seeking financial services at a different bank.

Ever since Home Savings merged, this bank has become the worst experience out of any financial institution I've ever dealt with. We've been long time customers but will be migrating all of our accounts to another service.

TERRIBLE LOAN SERVICE!!! Payed off my auto loan over a year ago and when I asked about the title they said it was digital and could be furnished upon request but now that I traded it in the dealer cant get the title and I CANT EVEN GET ANYONE TO CALL ME BACK!!! Absolutely don't finance with them.

WORST BANK EVER!!! Would have given this bank no star and even negative star, if at all possible. I had my auto loan through home savings previously but since my auto loan was transferred to this bank I have had problem since then. I have not received any statements in regards to my payment; the last statement I received was from home savings. Earlier when I was residing in Youngstown Ohio, they asked me to come to the office and that they would provide the statement (that was in 06/2021) and I even gave them my new address as I was moving out of State. I have not received any statements or communication from them whatsoever (not in my mail or email). Recently while checking my bank account I found out that the car payments were no longer being deducted from my account. I called them to check if my car loan had been paid off but I was told my car payment had been canceled and I was under 15 day grace period. I had not received any communication or notification from this bank. Had I not called to check with this bank, I would have never known that my payment had been canceled. Were they planning on charging me extra or late payment fees? I wonder if this bank even know the consumer’s basic rights and the right to be informed? I would never do business with this bank again.

I have been banking with Home Savings for a few years now, and I have enjoyed my experience the whole time. The mobile app is very useful, and the staff are always ready to help. I plan to stay with Home Savings, even through their merger with First Federal out of Defiance. I look forward to the continued service as well as possible improvements. I will definitely encourage my family and friends to open an account and/or do business with Home Savings. Thank you for all that you do!

I have been having an upsetting experience with Premier. They took over the bank that I had a car loan through.. My car was recently totaled and have been trying to have them contact my insurance company. It has just been a back and forth during the whole process. I’m a little disappointed with the lack of urgency.. I have now been with out a car for 30 days..

Everytime I go to use this ATM it's out of service. It's ridiculous how many times I've driven the 15min drive to get there n not be able to use the services that should be provided 24/7. I'm trying to stay VERY patient, but its getting a lil unnerving. Please help!

The lady behind the coucoun was rude, unhelpful and seen to pick favoritism over race and color of skin and felt really disrespected and would not advise anyone to go the this branch
