I don’t normally leave reviews, but because of the exceptional service and professionalism while working with Stephanie, I wanted to share my experience and hope you’re fortunate to have her as your loan officer if you’re looking for a mortgage loan. Stephanie is a true professional and is knowledgeable about the different programs offered by the lenders. She explained each one we qualified for and helped us decide which one would better suite our situation. Also, from start to finish, no matter the time, anytime I had a question she would get back to me on what the next step was on the approval process or what needed to be done to move forward with the application. She definitely made the loan approval process less stressful for us. My wife and I felt like she went above and beyond just so that we would be able to enjoy the home we chose to bid on, even if it was the tenth or so property that we put an offer in on. We appreciate the hard work and time she dedicated. We couldn’t imagine going through this process again without her!

Nothing but nice things to say about the Preferred Rate team. Very clear explanations of all the details of the loan. A great rate for our refinance. Fast and clear communications from all of their team. My wife and I would highly reccomend anyone using them in the future.
