I came in with a long list of requests: help with a recent mortgage refinance, help with merging two accounts with different primary account holder names, help with the mobile app, help with an expired card, help with auto bill pay... I was a problem. Anna L never even hinted to any impatience as she spent 45 minutes sorting out every question I had and always suggesting the next step to go beyond my immediate questions and ensure I was well prepared to manage ongoing concerns. I could not possibly have asked for friendlier or more knowledgeable assistance.

I have been banking with this credit union for 30 years and have always been happy with their services. Recently we experienced an issue with an account outside of, but linked to, our bank. Angela S helped us and was absolutely phenomenal to work with. She was exceptionally knowledgeable with what needed to be done and her customer service exceeded my expectations. Thank you Angela for helping me through this difficult situation.

I've been in multiple times and was fortunate enough to be greeted by Monica H. She was also more than patient with me during a difficult transaction. The staff is always friendly, enthusiastic and helpfull.

I have been banking with this bank for the past 35 years and find that it is the best place to bank because no matter where you are in the world, you have access to your account. You receive great customer service in person as well as over the telephone. They strive to handle all of your issues or concerns that may arise. I currently live in Nevada and they are located in Michigan, but I still have access to my account without a problem. I recommend this bank to any one especially those newly getting started or seeking to switch banks.
