Needed an emergency loan to help with my May rent. The gal who called me to go over my loan application stated, "Funds will be direct-deposited onto your debit card by end of business day." I asked, "When is the end of your business day?" It was already after 5:00. She stated again, "Funds will be deposited before end of today's business day." That didn't answer my question!! Today is May 3, 2022 and they were NOT deposited by end of today's business day which makes my rent LATE!! Information online states if I have a debit card funds will be transferred instantly. Clearly... NOT! And... how ironic I cannot log into my account. I even changed my password thinking I miss typed and still cannot get in. I'm very angry!!!

Power Finance is one of only a few finance companies who don't charge an arm and leg for CAB fees. CAB fees are charged on a daily basis so you don't get stuck paying off CAB fees after you've paid the original loan! Plus as you pay monthly you are allowed to borrow additional fees if needed. Plus they are a Texas company...keeping it helping a local company.

This loan company is à rip off. Dont borrow from them they will BLEED you dry

Scam! Just received an email from this loan company about a loan I supposedly tried to borrow. I've never applied for a loan with any loan company that was not a bank or credit union. I have a credit freeze with all the crediting bureaus just so no one can open any accounts under my name. Someone's trying very hard!

My Power Finance Texas Customer service experience went Great. MELISSA ROCHA gave me all the information I needed as well as being quick and efficient. I was approved signed up and had my loan in less than 15 minutes. Thank you so much!

UPDATE: These crooks ran my credit again!!! I've never applied for a loan, and I've NEVER dealt with this company. All of a sudden they're emailing me. SCAM!! I think they're phishing for info.

So far my online experience been great. They were really helpful when my paydate was push bac couple of dys an i had a pymt coming up i called explained my issue an yessss dey were very helpful working with me on my due date so i wouldn't have to b overdrawn at bank. Thank u Power Finance.

These people will manipulate you over the phone. They will charge you the amount you borrowed monthly and none of it goes towards the payoff. All service fees which is basically stealing your money. Don't recommend to anyone. They are 100% scammers
