It was my my first time at this pawn shop I walked in and I thought it was a bougie pawn shop. I haven't been in a pawn shop like this I went in there to get a pawn on a handbag Priscilla was extremely helpful I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off she helped me out through the whole thing I highly recommend coming to this pawn shop especially if you feel like you're going to a pawn shop in Beverly hills.

Incredibly good service from the entire staff at Posh Pawn. They really were phenomenal in the way they were able to custom build exactly what we wanted and with a terrific price that we were delighted with. They have incredible inventory plus with their own jewelry designers in-house, they are able to create beautiful designs at great prices. If I could give them 6 stars, I would!!!

I initially went to Posh Pawn to have my watch batteries replaced. The store and staff are very inviting. So, I returned when I had some items that I wanted to sell. Kendi was of great help, professional and kind. I was given a fair price for the items I sold. I will definitely be a return customer! I also had a necklace repaired. The jeweler did a great job and made my necklace look like new!!

Right now pawn shops have the opportunity to take advantage of people. COVID has left lots of families running to these pawn shops to make rent. What I’ve noticed after going to a few pawn shops is that they are definitely paying less than what products are worth. I Brought in a rose gold diamond 💍 engagement ring with wedding bands that I paid close to 4K at Zales. They offered me 200 dollars for it 😂 😂 😂. I understand that the ball is on their court but to offer not even 25% of what I paid is crazy. I have receipts and rings are insured. I’m getting rid of them because I’m recently divorced and have no use for them anymore but I can see a struggling family having take that price. The lady that helped me was extremely nice, but even she was slightly embarrassed when she said 200. All in all good costumer service but don’t waste your time coming to this place unless you want to get robbed 🤣. Try going to PB Pawn or Cashco Pawn, both places offered me over 100% of what these people did. 👨🏽‍⚕️🙋🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️💍

I didn't actually go into the shop, but they were honest in letting me know a certain thing that they and other pawn shops are on the same page with. They told me that no pawn shops actually accept any copiers or printers that a customer or customers are trying to bring in to them.

Posh Pawn is wonderful. I purchased a professional saxophone from them that plays amazing and looks spectacular. I will be purchasing more items from them this year. The representative that worked with me is named David and he was great to work with. The saxophone was packaged up very well and arrived in perfect condition. Posh Pawn is first class and very professional and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for that special gift or one of a kind item. I must give Posh Pawn a five star review. When I first visited Posh Pawn the staff and owners were outstanding. They assisted me in an estate sale for my mother. Not only did they offer me the best price for every piece of jewelry but they went above and beyond the call of duty. I had never used a pawn shop before but I was so impressed that I went back to purchase several beautiful rings and necklaces as well as some purses.
