I need 5 or 10 more stars to give an adequate revies of Jared Archer at Porter Billing. He has to be the most patient and calm person I have ever had the pleasure to work with. No matter the problem or situation he just says, "YES MA'AM" and takes care of it. He is an asset to this company and the reason I have kept my factoring account with Porter Billing. I have had ample opportunities to send my business elsewhere, but those other factoring companies do not have Jared Archer! I have worked with other account reps but none of them are as competent and understanding as Jared. Like I said I need more stars! **********

We have used Porter Freight Funding as our AP/AR for the last 6 months. This is our first business venture and with Porters help we have successfully navigated some new challenges. Ivan Cook was responsible for setting up our account and has worked hard ensuring we have the tools necessary to be successful and competitive in our business. Ivan assigned us IT support within Porter's network who streamlined batch uploads, which ultimately saves us loads of time and reduces the need for added headcount. We were assigned Amanda Duffy as our account admin, and we have talked her ear off. While Porter Policies are rigid and makes me want to pull my hair out, this is the reason we chose them in the first place. When you're in control of other people's money, you don't want some fly by night organization without strict guidelines or procedures. All in all, Porter has provided a great service and Amanda has been very informative with what they can or can't do. This helps us plan for our next step in business development.

I was pretty skeptical of factoring at first, but I’ve got to say that my rep, Jennifer Fink and the rest of the amazing team bring a lot to the table. In addition to freeing up cash flow, we also have taken advantage of the EFS fuel card through Porters. Those two steps have really kept us afloat through the fuel hike and rate volatility season. I would highly recommend!
