They all made the process incredibly simple and smooth which was greatly appreciated given the chaos of a last minute cross country move that otherwise could have been incredibly stressful. My wife and I began our home buying journey January 2022. We began by making an inquiry to my bank to find a loan for our first home purchase..we did not receive the outcome we were looking for. I learned about Greg and American Mortgage thru a realtor and was going to use them; switched to a different mortgage early in the process. Second mortgage broker experience wasn't great for a host of reasons. Our first bid fell through so I switched back and was very impressed. Greg and team were super professional, financial data was accurate and complete (one of the complaints I had about 'the other guy'), communication was frequent and thorough, and the interest rate was a quarter point below 'the other guy'. If we refi or buy again, we'll call Greg first.
