I have done business with Poole Mother's for the past ten years. Easy payment methods. Family environment. Out of four cars I purchased one act up one me. And sure enough Mr. Scott allowed me under the circumstances to pick another car. He didn't have to do that because you buy as is, but Mr. Scott and Poole Motors work with their long time customers. The man has a heart. Absolutely great and clean cars.

My family has bought two car form here and we enjoy them both one last over 300 thousand miles and the other last over 200 thousand miles the owner is very honest and work with you he doesn’t over charge for his car either the people’s who work with him are very down to earth people they all make you feel like your family if your look For good car and not pay over price check them out you won’t be disappointed I’m still doing business with them to this day I don’t do review like this but this place truly deserves it they been good to me and my family over the years !

At a buy here pay here I understamd that the car will have problems...but the same day I got it the car broke down Scott begged to tow my car back to the shop and look at it so I did because he sold me on his God fearing people believe in karma bit.... I did the next day he called said it was a simple fix the hoses was replaced and one wasn't tightened....now here it is just a little over 2 months the transmission went out and they wouldn't do nothing at all after he said if there were anymore problems he would help 2 fix it or at least put the cost 2 the end of my bill but of course none of that was true so if u decide to get a car from here please don't believe the god fearin karma stories he is goin 2 tell u and don't expect to be put in a reliable vehicle...i recommend u to go to a different car lot

Are yall ever open?? I have came and tried to make a payment for 4 days now and yall are closed in the middle of the day. I mean that is ridiculous and i would really appreciate it if i could make my payment. Never have i had to beg to make a payment. Do yall want your money or not?

I bought a car here. 3 days later it went into LIMP MODE. I brought it back and Scott, WITHOUT HESITATION, WITHOUT ARGUMENTS, assured me they would make it right. They tried to fix my car and the problem was bigger than we thought and was going to take a lot longer to fix. He told me to come pick out another car. I did and I was told they would work with me like they have been if this car malfunctioned. They have been nothing but nice and helpful and I appreciate everything. They've even given me a couple weeks before I have to make my first payment so I can get back on my feet a little. I have only good things to say about Poole Motors.

This place is horrible my vehicle is almost completely paid off I always paid early and paid extra Mr. Poole is a complete scam every since I got my vehicle it has had nothing but trouble. My vehicle have had nothing but trouble since I got it and my mechanic even said the vehicle was rigged up just to run a few weeks. All I asked was to trade it back in and get another vehicle even if I had to restart over completely on what I owe I was told no I think this is bad business I understand it's a loss but why can't I get another vehicle SMH do not do business with Poole Motors or you night end up with junk.

You can't find prices like this anywhere else! Unless it's a lemon that's being sold, haha also the people that work there are very helpful & their not pressuring anyone into buying a car. I PROMISE YOU THAT MY NEXT CAR/SUV WILL BE BOUGHT HERE AT POOLE MOTOR!!!

They sold me an Explorer and less than 2 months later, the transmission went out. I called, not looking for them to replace it but hoping for a little help and got told "Oh well, that happens.". Don't trust this place.

This is a great place to get a good used car. Loved the experience I had and will return.
