My husband and I started our house buying journey 6 years ago. At that time Dan Morris helped us to build our credit and work on increasing our score. When we became very serious with house hunting and finally went into contact with a home, Dan was very assertive and attentive. He was personable and genuine. He was always quick to respond, very clear with what was going on and always kept us updated. Dan made it a very easy process for us and I would recommend Polaris Home Funding to friends and family.

Steve at Polaris was great to work with. He was recommended by my agent, because I was having trouble with other banks. She called him a “miracle worker” and I must say that is TRUE. He went above and beyond to make this sale happen. In my experience, other mortgage companies/loan officers make you chase them around to get things done, but not Steve! He was always on top of things and I never doubted that he was working hard to make this closing happen. With FHA, bumps in the road happen quite frequently, and Steve was always there to solve the problems. He often solved them before I even knew there was a problem (which is always appreciated!). Every time I thought something would fall through, Steve fixed it. I can’t say enough about him. Also, a huge thank you to Janice, Holly, and Bill at Polaris for all they did to make this happen as well. Throughout the whole process, I never doubted that I was in good hands!

I refinanced my home through Polaris based on something I got in the mail from them. OMG I'm so happy I did! My mortgage payment went down significantly which I was hoping for since the market has low interest rates right now. But also the experience was just so positive. I worked with a Jennifer Mathis and she was the sweetest person. She communicated so well and really cared about what was best for me. I would do it all over again. I was dreading the ordeal but it was not bad at all. Jennifer guided me with what they needed and it was very easy.
