This was my first time buying a home. What made it difficult is my home is not your normal every day single family home. However, Moana and Jeff was able to make it happen. They were great at answering any and all questions that I had. Believe me I had a lot at times. They kept me updated on the process and ensured me it would be fine even when I did not think it would be. They were amazing!!!

I started out with absolutely no credit history back in July of 2018, when my husband and I wanted to purchase our first home. Mr. Freshwater gave me some advice, which I had taken, and now as of May 2019 we are proud new owners of our very first home. The staff are very friendly, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. They are also very fast to respond to any questions and are LITERALLY with you every single step of the way and they do EXCELLENT at keeping you informed throughout the process. They treat you like you’re a priority and the process was extremely smooth and stress free. I recommend Polaris to anyone and everyone. I can’t begin to rave enough about Polaris, they were extremely efficient and communicated with us through every step of this process. The fast friendly service made this experience the best and we closed on our new home in exactly 30 days which could have been less because Polaris was ready in 25 we just needed the extra time and they accommodated us without question. He always made sure we were ahead of schedule. As soon as we found the home we wanted they got the paperwork going quickly and we signed within 2 months.
