Pointwest Bank China Spring Rd, Waco

Worst of the worst bank. Please be way from this bank. I opened the business account fro here. When all my banking information goes to every where like IRS, state and federal government’s office they call and say they will no longer want to bank with me because they don’t handle my business type. I told them what I need for my business before I open the account. They were okay before and when I start my business they canceled my account. Please don’t ever open any account here.

Took in some rolled coin to exchange for bills for my job. Was told because I wasn’t a customer, they could not do this simple transaction. RUDE.

All the employees are always nice and always helpful

I am appalled by the customer service or lack there of. My account was hacked all my money stolen and no one at the bank is willing to help. From the day I discovered it happened I have be mislead about the time frame it would take to resolve. I had numerous automatic payments that had to be stopped I was lucky enough to stop all with the other company except for my mortgage company. I went back to the bank to explain my situation expect them to fully understand and take some responsibility for my account being breeched. They won’t even waive the $10 fee for the stop payment. I explained the girl that I have no money and the snobby brunette says “it’s fine we will just take it from the account” Really Pointwest, this is how you treat your customers? Your security is breeched and you punish/victimizes you customer? Once my money is returner I’m closing my account. If you value your hard earned money do not trust it with PointWest.

PointWest in China spring, all ways Have done a Great job For me. Always have a question,it is fast and Accurate! I have been with them from 2008.I wish that all banks As good a us they are. Thank you very much CGB

I love their cookies ..lol I go their every week and ever since the first time I went there I can't complain have always gotten great service! And I don't have any sort of account with them!
