Do something about the ATM. It is always so difficult to see the writing that we have to get out of the car to try to get the money out. The screen needs to be changed or the writingbrighter or something.

Started charging you if you don't meet minimum 150 in your account. Charles is the worst person you will ever have to deal with and dosent keep customers in mind only the bank and their profits.

If I could give 0 stars I would! These people are crooks and very irresponsible!!! I took out a loan on a truck, and my personal loan officer quit the bank, and no ever notified me!! They have robbed money from my mom's account, and charged my grandma to cash a check her husband wrote her, and he has an account with them!! Karla in the drive thru cashed a check with no charge a week ago, but because I was the one bringing my grandma up there (and I owe tha bank money still) she made her pay to cash it! My grandparents are elderly and cant get around very well, and I am their only way to tha bank. This bank has no heart and they take advantage of people. Don't trust this bank!!!!

You will never meet a more helpful and kindly staff then at PointWest Bank. They take great care of your concerns and needs. They have been nothing but welcoming, respectful, and courteous since I opened my account. I couldn't ask for a better bank to be a part of.
