I have leased from this company several times. Two years ago the rental was filthy and we had to roll up the rugs as they were badly stained and put sheets on two of the couches. This year we again leased from them in December, for the last week of July, but had to cancel in May due to Covid. They have refused to return our $5100.00 deposit claiming that this was not an unexpected event. We have now sued them. Buyer Beware. I would never recommend this company and their sharp practices.

In my experience this real estate firm is the worst. Stay away... they dont care about their customers only themselves and the commissions and fees charge but dont earn. Whether you are a renter, owner, buyer or sellers stay away!

Point B Realty was on our list of a few agencies we reached out to concerning an Autumn vacation on Martha’s Vineyard. Our request was answered immediately by Kristin Buck and she took care of any request and answered any question we had. Their professionalism and warm approach were apparent from the outset to the end of our vacation. Kristen handled all our upfront questions. Lisa met us at the office the day we arrived with our keys and a bag full of Island info and even chocolates and candy. And Win was patient with us when we forgot to leave a key in the drop box on our day of departure. All representatives we met or talked to were kind and understanding. A huge thank you from the Viola family.

Had a great experience with the Point B Realty team. Rented an amazing house in Edgartown. Within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The house was clean and well taken care of. My wife and I would certainly use them again in the future.
